Eyeko Skinny Liquid Eye Liner : Good but smudges

Normally for eyeliner I do a winged eye, and I bought this liner as well as the Nudestix Rollerball Liner. I was using the rollerball for just the wing and this eyeko liner for my top lash line. I like to get very close to the lash line, especially near the inner corner of my eye. The color is very bold and the tip makes it very easy to apply. I wore this liner twice for two separate nights out and within 3 hrs each time, it had all smudged near my inner corner (because it was really close to my waterline) and was underneath my eye. I've never had this happen with an eyeliner before. I've tried a lot of liners so this was kind of a disappointment to me. Unfortunately, I don't think I'd repurchase.
