I love this thing! On my second bottle ! You can start seeing results within a week. But be careful if you have sensitive gums. You might want to start only once a day to get used to it. It may burn at first specially if
You apply too much. Mine were so bad the first time it hurt my gums to brush my teeth. But once I minimized the amount I applied and started off once a day within no time I was doing it twice a day with no problems. The hurt from the first few days was totally worth the result. Trust me, it hurts less than real teeth whitening. I will never put myself through that ever again. This tooth paste is an amazing alternative.
