I received this from for testing purposes. I have very sensitive teeth so I was skeptical to try this. I have used Crest white strips in the past and find this gives me about the same results. J used it twice a day morning and night when brushing my teeth. I liked that is didn't make my teeth more sensitive and because it can be added to my normal routine easily without adding an extra step I found myself reaching for it more. The results weren't mind blowing but I did notice a difference in the whiteness of my teeth
