BLOATamin : Period upper belly bloat saver

Grateful for the fact that I had these on hands during my last cycle. I get pretty annoying upper belly bloat— that feeling of a over expanded helium balloon bubble that sits uncomfy at the top of your stomach? Taking this before my meal was probably the saving Grace for me this time around to help prevent& alleviate any extreme bloat that would've been there. I've also had pretty crummy heartburn / acid reflux ever since I had my tiny human years ago when it comes to eating my favorite meals or anything with onions really— which I love (even if it brings me pain after the fact with the reflux/heartburn). It did seem as if my body reacted with this product well enough to not have much of a negative reaction after eating triggering foods on the days I had a Bloatamin before a meal. I can't say everyone's body will react the same but I hope it works for you just as well, if not better. Will definitely keep a bottle on hand and make sure I travel with some, if it's about to be that time.
