BLU Hands-Free Toothbrush And Whitening Device : Not fully working after < 30 days

I bought this toothbrush and whitener on July 13th and have been using it once a day before my regular toothbrushing. Last week I thought the charge was getting low because it would stop vibrating after a few seconds so I put it on the charger and left it alone for a few days. Today I went to use it and the same thing happened.
The light still works, but the full product if bought for all of the features is basically trash. I don't recommend it because there are less expensive whitening options for using trays/blue lights.
