Hyaluronic + Peptide 24 Hydrating Serum : Product is great but packaging is defective

The Olay hyaluronic +peptide 24 serum is a solid product. It goes on silky smooth and feels really nice on the face. It's really great under my makeup because it absorbs fast and doesn't break up my product or leave me oily looking/feeling.

Maybe it was just my bottle, but the packaging was defective. The dropper didn't work from the moment I got it. To use it, I have to either wipe some off the wand with my fingers, or tap the bottle upside down on my fingers to get some out. Neither is very sanitary and the fact that it was brand new and already didn't work drove me nuts.

I also am not a fan of how the lettering on the bottle starts to wear off after time. May just be a personal preference but that bothers me. Make me wonder as I'm handling it if that metallic lettering is coming off on my fingers and going into my skin.

Other than the packaging, I love the product and would consider buying again in hopes that the particular bottle was defective.
