Hyaluronic + Peptide 24 Hydrating Serum : Felt nice but didn't notice a difference

I was given the Olay Hyaluronic + Peptide 24 Serum, Fragrance-Free, 1.3 oz for free to test and review. The serum itself felt really nice on my skin, I love applying a serum after I wash my face but before any thicker lotions or creams. This felt thicker, more emulsified than what I normally think of how a serum would feel (thin and runny) and I liked that texture. I didn't love the dispensing method, the dropper felt like it wasn't getting enough product (likely due to the thickness of the serum) and I kept double-dipping to get 2 blobs out. It wasn't until I was halfway through the bottle that I realized I didn't need 2 blobs, I just needed the 1 and to apply it better. Product was good but bottle/dispenser kind of ruined it for me, so not something I'd rush out to buy again.
