Hyaluronic + Peptide 24 Hydrating Serum : Decent Product But Horrible Packaging!

I've been using Olay's Hyaluronic + Peptide 24 Serum in Fragrance Free for almost a month now. The product feels silky on my face and is very easy to apply. I gave it 3 stars for a couple reasons. First of all, this is definitely the wrong type of packaging for this product. The serum is too thick to use with a dropper. No matter how much I shook or didn't shake or held it this way or that, the dropper never worked for me. I have to hit my hand with the bottle to try to get some product out. It was very frustrating and surprising for an Olay product. Second, I don't have sensitive skin at all, but this serum actually dried out my skin in between my eyebrows. For something that is supposed to hold in moisture, I was very surprised that this kept happening with this product. It was really great to have the Olay Serum Fragrance-Free, but unfortunately, I can't recommend it to others based on my experience with it.
