Hyaluronic + Peptide 24 Hydrating Serum : Great concept but empty bottle

I received a bottle of Olay Hyaluronic + Peptide 24 Serum Fragrance-Free, 1.3oz, from PINCHme, for free in exchange for my honest review, and I was so excited, because I love Olay products! This product however, was not the biggest hit for me in terms of Olay products. The biggest flaw is the bottle. My bottle arrived mostly empty and I had to squeeze the dropper inside the bottle like 9 times to pick up any product. Once I dispensed the product it was an extremely thick white serum that had no fragrance but did get soaked up nicely by my skin. After just four uses, I could no longer get any product out of the bottle, it's empty. I did have nice soft skin after using the product each time, but I really couldn't see the full results with just two days of use which was such a bummer because I usually love Olay serums! The results I did see from this were great though so I do think this is a good serum with good clean ingredients however, they should really make sure the bottles are filled. I think this is more of a quality control issue then a serum issue. I would still recommend this product based on the serum itself.
