Hyaluronic + Peptide 24 Hydrating Serum : Just an Okay Serum

I received the Olay Hyaluronic + Peptide 24 Serum 1.3 oz free from PinchMe in exchange for an honest review. It is a hydrating serum that does not perform well for me. My face is normal/dry so hydration is important to me. I love that the serum is fragrance free and does not irritate my sensitive skin. However, it just does not give the glow I am looking for. The dropper for the serum does not work well because the serum seems too thick for the dropper. It takes too much effort to get any product out. Immediately upon applying, it feels hydrating but the effects do not last. I like that it does not feel heavy and doesn't interfere with any of my other products. I cannot recommend this serum because I did not see the results I would expect from a hydrating serum.
