Hyaluronic + Peptide 24 Hydrating Serum : I really wanted to love this product

I received the OLAY HYALURONIC + PEPTIDE 24 SERUM from PinchMe as a free sample for an honest review. I REALLY wanted to love this product, but the design could use improvement. The serum is a lot thicker than what I'm used to with hyaluronic serums, which isn't bad, just different. However, combine a thick serum with a dropper and it didn't work. I can't get any product in the dropper and from the first try it felt like it was already almost empty because nothing was coming out. I've never had an issue with droppers and serums before so I think the issue is the thickness of the serum and design of the dropper. Unfortunately, I'm worried there's going to be a lot left over I can't get out of the bottle. Otherwise, the serum is hydrating, but did pill up a little when I used it under a thick moisturizer. I normally love Olay products, but this one unfortunately just wasn't what I hoped for.
