Hyaluronic + Peptide 24 Hydrating Serum : Not a bad serum but faulty delivery

I received a free sample of Olay's Hyaluronic + Peptide 24 Serum, Fragrance-Free 1.3 oz from PINCHme. The serum itself is a good serum. It absorbs well and leaves my skin feeling hydrated. I have not noticed any difference with using it. However, Olay has failed us on this packaging, or else I received a faulty product. I cannot for the life of me get more than the tiniest bit out of the squeeze dropper. The plastic is also very cheap and feels like it is brittle. Overall I liked the serum but the bottle leaves a lot to be desired.
