Mini Regenerist Vitamin C + Peptide 24 Hydrating Moisturizer : Love the idea, didn't see the results

I was so excited to recieve my full sized sample of Olay Regenerist Vitamin C + Peptide 24 Hydrating Moisturizer. The product claims tick off all the boxes of what I am looking for in a face moisturizer. The packaging is attractive, the product feels like silk and smells fabulously citrus. After using the product for 3 days, as recommended, I had a major acne breakout like I have not seen since I was a teenager. I stopped using the product for about a week while I like my face clear then tried using it just at night and unfortunately had another breakout. I have used other Olay products before and have not had this issue so I am disappointed this formula, which fit my needs better did not work for my skin.
