Vitamin C + Peptide 24 Brightening Eye Cream : I like this serum, but...

I was really excited about this serum and bought it as soon as it became available. Have been using it for three weeks and my skin looks well hydrated and glowing. Did not notice any changes to the pigmentation spots and freckles on my face, but I am realistic in my expectations and don't think that a Vitamin C serum can do miracles. The major drawback for me is that no matter what type of foundation I use it balls up and pills. Using foundation base and mineral sunscreen causes the same problem, and because of this, I cannot use it during the day. Vitamin C is beneficial for sun protection and I really wanted this serum to work for me with my makeup and sunscreen.

So to sum up, I did not notice any significant brightening and cannot use this serum during the daytime. I was using the Regenerist MAX serum all summer and that one works fine with makeup and sunscreen.
