Olay Vitamin C + Peptide 24 Eye Cream feels soothing and refreshing. It's well packaged, easy to use, and absorbs quickly. I really appreciate that it's fragrance-free; no problems with irritation or anything. Without a side-by-side trial, i.e., only using it on one eye to be able to compare, I can't speak to the degree of brightening, but it's the best of several hydrating treatments for the eye area that I've tried. Recommended.
