Salicylic Acid Acne Healing Dots : I don't normally write reviews but these patches are special

When I get cystic acne it is torturous as one zit can last for a month. These patches are a miracle. They really help dissuade me from fiddling with the zit. The retinol and aloe really help with cystic acne in particular. They do an especially good job at pulling the impurities to the surface. As other reviewers have mentioned, sometimes you still have to pop the zit to get rid of it. Anybody who gets cystic acne will know usually that's not even an option. Most topical acne treatments don't do much if anything for cystic acne. The little pokers on mighty patches irritate it and make it worse. Using these patches my cystic acne either disappears or comes to a head within a week. For reference, I have to use a patch at least once a day for the recommended time, for a week. They are noticeable but not so bad you can't wear them during the day. The color of the patches matches well with my skin tone, though, I'm not sure if they would blend with every skin tone. They make a huge difference and are worth the price.
