High Gloss : FLAT and NOT juicy!

I bought this years ago when I did a Kylie Cosmetics haul and let me tell you….. the disbelief and utter disappoint I had in these "high gloss"es

First, it did not make my lips APPEAR plumper at all. It was like I swiped product from the tube onto my lips, but that's all. No plumping effect. Not shiny. Does NOT have that wet look. I had high hopes for these snd boughr in multiple colors just to never actually touch them (don't be like me…. Save your $ or try these for yourself and see what I mean!)

I expected the Fenty gloss bomb level shine but n o p e. They swatch nicely on hand but it doesn't translste nicely to the lips. If you wanna spend $ to add another layer of product onto ur lips with no effect, get this
