Kur Fresh Glow Cuticle Remover : Be careful how you store it

I have the bottle on my desk at work so I can use it during phone meetings. I have been noticing that the bottle lid comes loose all by itself. When the lid is on fully, it squares up with the bottle. When it's loosened, it sits at an angle, as pictured. I keep tightening it (the askew top bothers me lol), and it keeps loosening itself. If you store it upright, this is not really a problem, but I would be concerned about leaks if the bottle were stored laying down or somewhere it could be knocked over.
