SinglePass Curl Ceramic Long Barrel Curling Iron : Terrible customer service!

I purchased a curling iron May 27th 2024. I returned the iron in perfect condition, in original packaging within the time required and per the instructions given in return policy. The website states returns to be refunded within 3 weeks. When I still had not been reimbursed or even had any communication from them, I sent an email to them and included proof of delivery dated June 17, 2024. I did get a reply from them with the following verbage "We are still waiting for feedback from our handling team regarding the status of your refund." It has now been 4 months and within this time, I have sent more followup emails always with the same response. I am beyond frustrated.
