Garden Of Juvia Eyeshadow : Warning! Don't use near eyes!

If you read the back of the palette you will see that you are not supposed to use about half of the colors near your eyes. This is incredibly ironic and stupid considering it is an EYE shadow palette!! This is a waste of money even if it's a cheaper palette. I can't be bothered with cream like this. What are you supposed to do with the rest of the palette? I bought this and only used it once. It burned my eyes and the skin around my eyes. Huge waste of money! Every other makeup brand can make a palette that works as eyeshadow. Why not this brand?
