You will never find a cheap eyeliner that doesn't smudge… just set it w banana/setting powder and any setting spray. i have oily eyelids and it will smudge if i don't prep. I put the essence banana powder all over my eyelid before applying, and rhen after i put it on and dry w a fan, then put banana powder under my eyeliner wing. Stays all day at school and will stay if i fall asleep w my makeup on (unless i sleep on my side). Just don't touch it.
Other than that this is the perfect shade of brown snd the eyelash booster actually works!! Makes my eyes look so good
