The Cult Classic Purifying Face Cleanser : Would not recommend for acne-prone skin
I never write reviews, but I felt so compelled to possibly prevent this from happening to someone else. After using this cleanser for months, my skin went from mild acne (that I believed was caused originally from using Tula's Radiant Skin Brightening Serum Skin Tint SPF) to horrible cystic acne that I have not gotten since I was a young teenager. I changed my already clean diet, got hormonal testing, and spent a lot of money on other products to try to rid the acne. With no luck, I decided to get in to see my Dermatologist, who had to give me cortisone shots to get rid of the cyclic acne I had that would not go away. After talking with her, she urged me to stop using any Tula products as she felt very strongly they were the cause, and said she would never recommend the brand. Since I've stopped using the Tula face wash, my skin has gone back to how it was prior to using their products. I have no new breakouts, I'm just left with terrible acne scaring and discoloration from the cystic acne this product caused me. Would not recommend.
