Voce Viva Eau De Parfum : Worst customer service ever

Maybe this pefume would be great if I could get it delivered. Been dealing with customer service for 4 days now. Item showing in stock, and getting notification after paying that its out of stock. Ok, customer service says only the other 2 sizes are in stock. So I place a new order for the other size. Again, notification for out of stock. Now 2 pending charges on my bank account and the next representative says order it again now, its back in stock. Horrible customer service. All they can say is they are sorry and just try again. No thanks. Especially since I tried to order this during the diamond 10x points promotion. Which they will not honor for me even though I told them thats the reason I ordered online. I usually do store pick up with no issue. This online ordering and their customer service is crap and they don't understand what you're trying to say.
