Lovely Nourishing Cream for Dehydrated Skin

This has now been added to my holy grail skincare products list after using it last winter for the first time. I have combination skin that tends to be dry and dehydrated on a bad day. This cream is so nourishing, supple, gentle, and luxurious to the touch! I look forward to applying this every night, and in the winter I like applying for day wear! This cream smells fresh and clean as well. 10/10!

The best moisturizer!!

I got this moisturizer as a gift and was hesitant to use it since i dont usually switch up my skincare routine (I have really sensitive combo/oily skin)! This stuff is a dream! I absolutely love it! I was so surprised that it makes my skin so soft and doesnt cause me to break out at all! It has become one of my favorite parts of my skincare routine! Thank you!

The GOAT

I have used this moisturizer for years and will continue to do so. It is the absolute best for my incredibly dry, sensitive skin. I have used Dior in the past, but around ten years or so ago, they changed their formula, and I could no longer use the product because of the ingredients and my skin's reaction to them. That moisturizer was more than double the price of this one, and this moisturizer blows that one out of the water! It is so creamy, it does not burn my eyes, it soaks in beautifully and leaves my skin looking dewy, plump, healthy and moisturized all day and night. I live in the north, so we have brutal winters and summers. My skin is always parched and can easily become red and flaky. Not with this! If you have anything other than very dry skin, this might be too rich for you - they have another, lighter moisturizer that might suit your needs better. However, if you're like me and need all the moisture your skin can get, try this! It outperforms much more expensive ones and the ingredients make me feel good about putting it on my face.

Top tier for winter skin

Wow absolutely obsessed with this product. I ran through this one, using morning and night for the winter because I enjoyed using it so much. Smell is incredible, it's perfectly lush enough where it feels rich and nourishing on the skin without being too heavy. Perfect for winter time. Serving hydration and I feel like it aids in keeping my skin clear too. I just have no cons and can't wait to explore more bare minerals products because this one is that girl!

I have super dry skin, I live in Indiana not far from Lake Michigan so it gets cooolllddd… I was on the hunt for a really good night cream. This moisturizer feels very nice on the skin and very nice when it's first applied. It's a really rich formula which I like. However it just absorbs into my skin so quickly and doesn't give me any lasting moisture. I still wake up with a really dry face. I was using it at the same time as the Cetaphil rich moisturizing cream, and honestly I preferred that one more. It made my skin feel more moisturized than this does. I had high hopes for this and was a little disappointed. I wouldn't say it's terrible but it's definitely not life changing and I won't be re-purchasing.

Exactly what I wanted

I'm always on the hunt for the perfect night cream! Night cream in general is kind of a gimmick, but I prefer wearing heavier creams at night and lighter formulas during the day under makeup. I put this cream on to finish off my nighttime routine and really enjoy it! It's thick and creamy without being waxy or too heavy. It sinks in nicely though takes a bit to fully absorb for me. It has a nice subtle lemony scent and is very hydrating! This will be perfect to combat my winter skin! A little goes a long way, and I think a good value for a mid-priced cream. BareMinerals—who knew!

The best

I recently started downsizing makeup, skin care, and hair care products and tried to do without this one and it was a mistake. Whatever the price, it will always be a staple for me. It's the best moisturizer I've ever used. I have sensitive, break-out prone skin and this not only hydrates my skin but it doesn't irritate it at all. If you're on the fence on getting it, get it. You won't regret it

Buttery Rich

I was worried that this may not be what I was looking for because of the consistency, it's super thick.

I was worried this would just sit on my face. I really wanted a rich moisturizer that was be absorbed and not make me look like a greasy mess. I love that it's not scented and I feel like this one bottle will last me a whole year if not more.

I bought this in November when it became clear that my skin needed more hydration than the Smoothness moisturizer was providing. I love Butter Drench! It was exactly what my skin needed for the winter months; Butter Drench is soft, not overly fragrant and not sticky. My skin became much less dry and itchy and tight after using it. Highly recommend
