Coverage is thin.

The color is nice, but the formula is too thin. I am going to return this product and replace it with something different. I tried applying with finger tips, brushes, sponges, and layers. I like light coverage, but it was streaky using all of those methods. Hopefully your online specialists will be able to direct me. You may just continue with the mineral powders.

The store near me closed before I could go there to see a specialist. I stopped there to get support, but it was the last day it was open, and only for sales. She said all stores are closing, which makes me sad. She said your products will be available in other stores (ones that are mass-marketing and often crowded). Most of their salespersons are not as knowledgeable about specific products since there are so many others on their shelves. I am sure the cost savings is massive for the company, but it's subpar for many customers.

I Adore this product!

I have spent waaay too much SEARCHING for the right foundation. Recently I tried the Dior Forever foundation. The 1st couple of times trying it I was sure I had found THE ONE!

WRONG...I have no clue what happened, but it started looking dry and very cakey. I was so let down. So...off searching again.

I purchased this, and I'm scared to even say how much I LOVE this foundation. I'm hoping and hoping it continues to perform as it has for the last few days of wearing it. The color, is perfect, the coverage is lite and airy, but covers perfectly and after 10 hours of wear for me still looked so good. I did use a setting spray and a mineral veil. I touched up with the veil once during the end of the day before going out to eat.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed it doesn't let me down! 🤞

Wanted To Love It

I got this when I wanted a little bit more of a lighter coverage than the BarePro Matte Foundation. Not an everyday but, most days type of makeup. I was really disappointed in it, it just didn't do much for me. I was expecting better coverage but it just didn't deliver that, leaving some areas of my skin without any coverage at all. My skin is a combo oily type and on both the dry and oily areas it just didn't really deliver. I would 100% recommend the BarePro Matte Foundation over this, it has an amazing, natural skin like coverage that is both matte but so natural and flawless. But for this foundation, subpar. Maybe it just wasn't the right one for me.

Great foundation, but…

This foundation is great, blends well, stays well, but it is very oily. If you forget to shake it before you dispense, don't set with powder, etc., you will end up looking like a grease ball at the end of the day or even before especially if you already have oily skin. It does apply well, it doesn't get patchy, all of my other products blend well on top of it. I do like this foundation and will continue to wear it and possibly repurchase but it is oily, but I can personally look past it and work with it because I like the dewy makeup look. But if you prefer your makeup to look matte this is not for you

Not worth it

The instructions say to put 2 pumps on the back of your hand and then dot it on your face with your fingers, then to gently swipe it to blend onto your face. (Shake well, moisturize, water based primer and setting powder)While it didn't seem like it at first, 2 pumps after dotting it onto my face was a lot of product that did not easily swipe and blend. It left a lot of 'swipe' impressions in the makeup and I had to use a brush to help give it a better texture. I liked the appearance of the finish from a distance but when you looked at my face up close you saw every flaw in the finish of the foundation. First, it did not set well even after setting powder so it settled in the lines of my face. It also settled really weirdly around all of my pores, even the ones that I never noticed before. It looked very cakey. The next day I tried applying 2 pumps with a dampened beauty blender and it did look much better than the first application but I still had to be worked into my face a little more than the typical beauty blender application. After sitting for about an hour I checked up on it and sadly it still looks cakey and settles very badly on my face. A foundation shouldn't require a lot of effort to make work and unfortunately this one requires extra steps that just leave you with a disappointing finish.

Disappointing

I was hoping for a rich creamy feel to the foundation and this is not. It is thin and runny. I forgot to shake it to start but even very vigorous shaking does not improve the runniness. My skin is old (73) and needs extra moisture in spots. I have used Bare Minerals off and on for years and love the product but with several choices I am still working on the right combo for me. I just hate that you can't have "sample" size for all products because on a retirement income, this would not be good to spend money for something that falls short of expectations. Perhaps what I want does not exist in liquid foundation. I feel like this product is only "not right" for me, but may be perfect for someone else.

NOT WORTH IT

NOT WORTH IT. I tried to switch from BarePro Performance liquid foundation to this bc they no longer have my shade and wow terrible quality. As other people have said it really accentuates any dry patches on the skin. I gave it a few different tries after making sure my skin was properly moisturized before I applied, but I ended up with the same result. I unfortunately may need to go to another company since they don't have product in stock. I also find it frustrating that the shades have different names from BarePro to Original and had a hard time getting color matched at home now that all the branches are closed.

I tried to like it…

I tried really hard to like this foundation but it's been awful. I've tried applying it with my fingers, brush, beauty blender, everything and I get the same results even after shaking the bottle a ton like everyone suggests. I have combo skin and it grabs at every dry skin and gathers in any crease. I've tried everything I can think of to make it work since so many people rave about it, but you need to have flawless skin from my experience… My other foundations have never given me this issue.

Disappointing

I used Bare Minerals consistently for years until I got bad acne (had to switch to a product with more coverage), and recently hoped to switch back to Bare Minerals as my skin has cleared up. I took the foundation finder quiz which matched me to this product based on my skin and desired coverage, purchased the product, and couldn't wait to try it.

Sadly I was disappointed in this product - the color was way too light (I had no support in store (Sephora) to help find a color) and it doesn't blend well at all. It appears cakey on my skin, which I've never experienced before. It doesn't provide much coverage either. I was really hoping to come back to Bare Minerals but I am really disappointed in this product :(

Best foundation I've ever used

I have tried probably close to 50 different foundations in my day, until I decided to try this one. Oh my gosh. It is the best thing ever. It sits so nicely on the skin, looks completely natural. The consistency is thin, and it is light to medium coverage but builds SO well if you want a full coverage look. It has no scent and is so easy to apply, (I usually do it with a brush and sometimes with a beauty blender.) It also lasts for the rest of the day without any setting powder or anything. Probably my favorite thing about this product besides how natural it looks is that it somehow cleared my acne scars. It really helps get rid of discoloration and texture somehow? I definitely wasn't expecting it but I am so pleased! I seriously recommend this product. 100% amazing!
