Eye cream results and packaging
I love how the eye cream feels on my face, however, I have not noticed any change in the appearance of my skin. I also do not enjoy trying to get cream out of the tube once it starts getting low or the pump gets clogged. I don't know how it is set up inside the tube but I would like to be able to take the pump part off and squeeze out what is left. It is too expensive not to use every last drop. I cut the flat end off of tge tube one time because nothing would come out of the pump and there was still lots of cream in it.
Great for dry eye problems
This cream was recommended online by a woman with dry eye so I tried it. It is the best I have found for my older sensitive skin and irritated swollen eye issues. I have Sjogren's syndrome, meibomian gland dysfunction, ocular rosacea AND allergies. So I use warm/hot compresses and digital compression twice a day and that is hard on the tender skin around the eye. This cream soaks in, isn't too thick, feels great and doesn't irritate my eyes. That is critical for me. I love it!!!
good quality and price
I was always interested in this brand, so gave it a try while traveling to a funeral and packed so quickly that my skincare wasn't very well stocked. I bought the eye cream and serum. these products are fine/do the job. The eye cream, for me, still needed a serum and/or another cream on top if you have dry eyes.
Countermatch Eye Rescue Cream
I was super excited to give this eye cream a try! Being a mom of two and always running around, my eyes always look tired. I absolutely loved the product the few times I got to use it. It went on very smoothly, and I couldn't even tell I put the cream on after a few seconds. I'm only giving it 3 stars because after about a week of using it once a day, I can't seem to get any more cream out of the applicator. Bummer!
Great product but overpriced
I used to purchase Beautycounter through a rep but stopped a few years ago due to frustration with costs and the inability to know when I'm running out of product. So many of their containers make it impossible to see how much product is left until you go to use it one day and 5+ pumps still produce nothing. Unfortunately that problem has not changed and I find myself frustrated that after only a month of use in AM and PM (1 pump each time, spread between my eyes) and it's already empty. I do love how smoothly it glides on, and I really love that it doesn't make my eyes burn if I accidentally get it in there, but it doesn't make enough of a difference in my undereyes to spend nearly $50 every month. If they'd come up with a better package and larger amounts I'd buy again but with no major changes noted I'll go back to less expensive brands that last more than a month.
So far not seeing a difference
To be fair, I don't have much in the way of "lines" or wrinkles so I really was just hoping for something that would help dark circles. Not even sure I have puffiness, more like "hollowness" - so might just not be the product for me. It does feel fine and doesn't irritate my eyes.
Countermatch Eye Rescue Cream
Love the weight of this eye cream! Not so light that I feel the need to reapply but heavy enough that I know I'm getting a good amount of moisture around the eyes. Wears well under makeup/concealer. The only thing I don't like is the packaging. If you cut the end off once you can no longer pump anything out, you'll have at least 10 more uses out of it.

I ordered the Countermatch Eye Rescue Cream because I have very baggy "sleepy" eyes. I've been using it around 2 weeks now - morning and evening, and feel like my eyes are a little less puffy, and they FEEL so much better after using the cream! As well, for some weird reason, the pump on the tube didn't work on my original order, and Beauty Counter just replaced it entirely, and promptly. It was so stress free, and with a quick turnaround - the best customer service!
creamy not oily
I have had dark circles under my eyes since I was young. Over the years I've tried a variety of creams, serums, solutions from various brands ranging in prices not to 'cure' the dark but to moisturize. Some creams were so heavy my under eyes got puffy, others caused redness or were so oily concealer didn't stay. Countermatch Eye Rescue Cream has fulfilled what I've been searching for. It's just the right amount of creamy. Not oily. I get easy coverage of concealer that stays smooth all day, doesn't get dry or look heavy. Eye Rescue is a fitting name!
