Way too harsh
I dont understand all the positive reviews for this. Its so abrasive, it took me back to the days of st ives apricot scrub. The bamboo particles felt like sandpaper while washing it off and i dont even have sensitive skin. And it reccommends 2x a week? I feel that would cause microtears and skin barrier damage. I do love the idea of a gel-texture mask that is only AHAs but the physical exfoiliant particles ruined it for me. It would be 5/5 stars if not for that.
Could do without the bamboo particles
Didn't read the description carefully and missed the bit about the bamboo. I am swapping out a different brand's AHA mask for this one; the other brand was brushed on. Same time for application of both, similar results—except the Reflect Effect's bamboo particles didn't want to leave my face, definitely requires rinsing instead of steamy spa cloth removal. I'll keep using it, but would prefer without those extra bits.

Ok, I didn't love it when I first tried it. I had gotten the mini one quite awhile ago and thought it was just meh. However! I decided to buy it on the Black Friday deal and I'm so happy!! It makes my skin so soft and seems to help even out my skin tone! I do have sensitive skin but this doesn't cause any irritation at all! I use it about once a week. Definitely recommend this one now!
Expensive but worth every since penny
Im NOT one to write reviews what so ever. I got this in a travek kit a while ago and finally got around to usuing it. I have never in my life had a face mask or even an exfoliating face mask anything with an exfoliate to work as much as this did. Little goes a long way and it leaves ur face baby smooth and even your hands. Its so wonderful. I cannot express how much you NEED this especially if you tan!!! my skin truly felt like i just got a facial im not kidding it was amazing.
very irritating and not worth it
I received this as a free gift with the launch and I hate it. The exfoliant in the product feels like straight sand which is uncomfortable to apply and remove. It is a more expensive worse dupe for the Nudestix exfoliating mask. It might work if you have serious texture issues but I wouldn't touch it otherwise. Hard pass.
Makes the skin so soft!
I was really worried this product wasn't going to be worth the cost since it was a little more expensive but I decided to grab it when it was in sale and tried it right away when I got it. I absolutely love it!!! It makes your face so so soft and bright even after one use! I'm really pumped to see the changes after using it for a few weeks.

This is one of my new favorites. It feels cool when you apply it as if it has been refrigerated: very invigorating. The small scrubbie beads allow one to exfoliate and polish the skin very gently. I have dry sensitive skin and this mask does not irritate or strip my skin of moisture. It leaves my face feeling fresh and clean. I highly recommend you give it a try.
Best exfoliant mask I've used!
This is one of Beautycounters best products, no doubt! I don't think the little tool is necessary, but it applies nicely, feels like a real exfoliation happened but doesn't strip your skin! I reach for it before a shower or after a pain flare, it's the skincare version of hair wash day and a perfect reset after you feel grungy or got behind on skincare. This will have you running to family members and putting their hands on your face to see how soft it feels!
Best mask I've ever used
This mask is the BEST one I've ever used, and I've used A LOT over the years. It instantly improves your skin's texture and leaves your skin looking refreshed and glowing. It has a bit of a sting to it when applied but that's to be expected for a high performing product. I'm extremely impressed by my skin's overall health since adding this mask into my routine. I highly recommend it if you're looking for an exfoliant that will leave your skin looking smooth and better than before.
Amazing Product; Not Filled All the Way
The mask itself is awesome and I love it. But I was very surprised and frustrated to see the container only about halfway full when I opened it. If you're going to advertise this size of product, you should fill it all the way. Also, not filling up the container is wasting your own packaging. I wouldn't pay this much for the amount, unless they start packing them full.
