Self Care Gift for Yourself
I get really bad periods and pain, so sometimes it's nice just to get myself little treats for when I'm on it. I bought this with not much of an expectation, but it's really great! The heating pad is a reusable silicone one, it was easy to heat up and stays warm for a long time, I'd say about 45 minutes before it becomes just warm. It's also small and easy to sit at your desk with. I tucked it into sweat pants, like right under the draw string area and it's been sitting nicely. The oil smells really good, but I don't know if it's helped ease pain. It's just nice to smell, and comforting on the skin. I think with a mixture of the heat and the comforting smell, they're a good combo and it does make you feel better. I haven't used the pads yet, but everything else is really great! I say, treat yourself next period if you can and get the little kit.
Great kit for that time of the month
This kit provided me with comfort for my period symptoms. The oil relieved my cramps. The pads were comfortable. The heating pad worked okay.
