Bondi Sands PURE Gradual Tanning Lotion

Gradual = Does nothing at all

I usually use the foam during the summer, and have done so for years.

I thought I would try this formula to perhaps start out the season gradually, before moving to the foam.

I used the "gradual lotion" for four days straight and there was no gradual color… There was absolutely NO color at all.

On the fifth day, I used my Bondi foam as usual and BANG – instant color.

I returned this "gradual lotion" as it did nothing.

Super easy and pretty color!

This streaks a lot less than most I have used. Once you develop your base tan, all you need is maintenance, like every few days. Be sure to properly exfoliate before application. If you use it every day, you will look orange. For a nice bronzy glow, every few days is fine! It smells a little like yogurt to me but other than that, it's fine!

Really nice light colour, with

Really nice light colour, with a creamy texture, therefore making it easy to apply and distribute on the skin! The formula allows the product to create a shiny and even finish, which creates a perfect summer look.

Perfect for an all-summer-long tan!

I apply this lotion one or two times a week after showering in the evening, and I wake up with a nice even tan one to two shades darker than my natural skin color. The lotion does not dry out my skin, which I love, and it does not fade patchy like a spray tan. I love that I don't have to scrub off my tan before re-applying! I just use this lotion all summer long to keep my tan!

Pure gradual tanning lotion

I'm very pale and can never really tan my legs! This is the best product used so far …!it looks natural and is so easy to apply. The only thing I'm not happy with is that although there's no smell when it's in its bottle it definitely does smell like all other tanning lotions!!! Although not quite as overpowering. Definitely will buy again

Best gradual tanner I have tried

I have very fair skin and this builds to a believable colour. The lotion gives could coverage, is easy to apply and doesn't have that awful fake tan smell. I preferred this product to the illuminating gradual tanner as it gave a more matt finish and absorbed into my skin quicker. The bottle lasted a week with daily use on holiday.

I would never usually use

I would never usually use fake tan but have been mixing this with my sun screen and am loving the result. It does what it says on the bottle - gradual tan - smells a bit of classic fake tan but I'm not sure enough for anyone else to notice but me.

Love this

Been trying lots of the new pure range as I have sensitive skin I thought it would be a good option for me. I haven't looked back since and it's a great bonus very little no no smell at all so my partner isn't moaning at me smelling the room out if tan anymore :) I hope all this pure range in going to be kept even with all the new technicolour bits being a hit too :)

Great colour and moisturising

I use this every day to add to my liquid gold tan and it works so well to enhance the gold colour I already have and makes sure the tan lasts a week. Really moisturising as well which helps the tan to last longer cause my skin is quite dry

Disappointed

I normally use and love Bondi Sands gradual tanning foam, but decided to try out the pure range for a change. Wish I hadn't wasted my money. The smell is awful- like 90's fake tan smell, and the resulting colour was orange and patchy, and took ages to get rid of. Not sure why this product is so bad when the others I've tried from BS are usually so good!
