Super cute!

I use this as a bath caddy. I store a travel size can of dry shampoo, a full size bottle of body mist, a full size bottle of mousse, full size facial scrub and full size shower gel in mine and it all fits perfectly. I LOVE the color. Going to order another one for my everyday make up.

OK, but not the OG

I was a dance kid from about 1986 through 1997. At the time all my stage makeup and hair accessories were kept in the OG caboodle, and that caboodle held up beautifully through lots of travel, wear and tear. Sadly, I have no idea where my original ended up, so I picked up the rerelease so I can use it for my frequent road trips. The new caboodles are much lighter. This could be a good thing depending on your preferences, but it feels cheaper to me. The handle of the original felt much sturdier, and most importantly, the original metal clasp was much MUCH more secure than this plastic one. I plan to get a belt strap to be sure the case stays closed. This is ok for what it is, but it's definitely cheaper than the original. I'm now motivated to dig through my parents attic over Christmas to try to find the OG.

Great makeup storage solution

This caboodles makeup case has been perfect for storing my makeup. It's cute, affordable, and holds a lot of products. I love that I can keep it under my sink and easily bring it out to do my makeup, and keep my counters clear.

Super cute and helpful!

I am super unorganized so when I got this as a birthday gift I was so happy! My makeup is always so messy because I keep it all together in one tiny bag so thank god I got this! The pink color is a lot brighter than in the picture which is my only complaint, however I love pink and sparkles so it's perfect for me! Tip- if your getting this for someone, buy them a ton of tiny makeup products because they will have so much fun organizing them on their caboodle! (Also, what a fun name!!!) I'd put a picture but my phones being weird and wouldn't let me do sorry about that! 5 stars!

Easy to clean, quality is okay for the price

I like it it's inexpensive too but don't expect the beat quality since it's affordable

cheap and disappointing

Mirror was scratched up, chipped and loose. Item is cheaply made, very disappointing. Does not have as much space as you would think. Tray lid is warped and does not close correctly, the main lid does not close correctly on the left side. Not at all the quality I would expect. Not two tone as shown in image either, it is all one color like the lid in the picture.

Disappointed: cheap feeling

Mirror is loose and lid for tray is warped. Coloring is not like picture. It is all the top color above. The to tone top and bottom are what attracted me to this unit. A little misleading. Will have to pick and choose what to use it for because it does not have a lot of space like you would think.

Wish I'd bought this one first

I started with the mini caboodle bc I didn't have as much makeup, but now I've upgraded to this one and it's perfect! There's a spot for everything to stay organized and the clasp is very secure. There's also a decently sized mirror inside.

My Easter basket to my self lol

Love the mirror and the removable Tray ,that it closes up and you can take it any where are just set it on your makeup table and look in the mirror and do your makeup , plus this was my Easter basket for me lol

It takes me back to the 90's, I have it sitting on my counter and it's such a beautiful color. I can't believe it took me until I was 35 to buy one 🙋🏼‍♀️ I was missing out for sure.

Great makeup organizer

This fits all the makeup I use and my palettes. It's bigger than I thought and feels durable. I had a caboodles case as a kid and loved it. The mirror is huge. I'm happy with this purchase. It leans more pink than rose gold but I still love it. It's been sold out for awhile I'm glad I could jump on it when it came back in stock.

A little disappointed

I was so excited to get this that I practically tore the box to shreds today. My first one in the 90's was amazing and built with quality. This seems flimsy, the mirror is falling out, I either need to super glue it or just return it. Also, the front snap isn't sparkly, it's a crooked gold sticker that is peeling. Overall, it will achieve what I bought it for but it's a little disappointing expecting something that you don't receive.

Center decal is NOT what's pictured!!

This product is exactly how I remember my old one when I was a teenager! However, the center decal on the "button" is not what's pictured. It's not the pretty sparkly sticker. It is a "mirrored" looking sticker and looks horrible!

Just like I remember!

Squeeeee! I am so happy to have one of these makeup cases again! I got my first one (it was dark purple and light green) in 1992 when I was a fifteen year old sophomore in HS and used it all the way into my mid-20's, but then the clasp broke and it wouldn't stay shut when I needed to go away overnight or on vacation, so sadly I got rid of it. For the last twenty years I've gone through dozens of makeup bags, but you just can't compare a bag to one of these. They don't have all the compartments, you have to rummage through them to find anything, and lastly they get dirty from the makeup and don't ever wash that well. This makeup case solves all of those problems. Recently, I ordered a Caboodle in plain pink for my tween daughter for Christmas and when it arrived, I realized just how much I missed my old one! I was a little reluctant to get the rose gold because of some of the negative reviews, but mine arrived in perfect condition. The color is a beautiful pearlized dusty pink (a great color for those of us who may be of, uh, a more sophisticated age) and the closure is metallic gold. There are no scratches and it seems just as sturdy as the original from what I can remember. It even has the spot on the lid where you used to be able to order a personalized name plate. I'm going to hop onto their site and see if they still have them and if I can get one for my daughter's! I hope she loves her's as much as I love mine!

Perfect!

I never knew I was missing out until I bought this right before taking a long road trip, and found myself needing something larger than just my cosmetic bag. This fit all of my brushes, some eyeshadow pallets, blush, several lipsticks and lip liners, bronzer, etc, etc, etc. I love the separate compartments, and having a mirror in case I needed it. It's sturdy and fits everything I need without being too large.

Nice for the price!

Nice basic train case for how inexpensive it is. I have had mine for almost 2 years, used to store my regularly used makeup and tools and it is still sturdy and holding up. I am upgrading soon for something bigger and trendier but overall I loved my purchase for the price!

did not come as described

came with bumps and scrapes, extra plastic from when it was molded, no sparkles just some cheap, plain gold stickers slapped on, the mirror is barely held in with a foam sticker, smells like burn or melted plastic, doesn't lock or click closed very well, doesn't like to open.

I was So excited for this and then it came. 100% let down and disappointed. The only reason I gave it as many stars as I did was because it came when it said it would and all the parts are there.

2/10 would not recommend to anyone.

Not as pictured.

I read previous comments saying it didn't arrive as pictured. I ordered anyway hoping it would come as shown. The button on the clasp is not the same as pictured, and was put on crooked and off center. Disappointed in the product.

Love it !

I read the negative reviews about this rose gold caboodle but I totally disagree! The color is gorgeous and mine has a sparkly handle/clasp. Also the quality is great so I don't understand what all the bad reviews are about. I just ordered the mini rose gold caboodle and I can't wait !

I am satisfied but it's not what I expected.

I am satisfied enough with the product to keep it. However, I am a little disappointed that the color isn't as vibrant as it's shown in the picture. Also, the clasp to open and close it shows a beautiful sparkle in the picture but it is actually just a plain foil looking thing.
