Clasp NOT as pictured.
In the picture the clasp is shown as clear with gold glitter, like the handle. It isn't. It's a wrinkled, plain gold foil sticker that looks terrible. I ordered three (gifts) for pick up and was extremely disappointed when I got home and opened my bags!
Disappointed
Who doesn't want to relive their childhood? When I seen they were making a comeback I was SO EXCITED! "They don't make them like they use to" comes to mind. Really cheap feeling!! The plastic is super flimsy, the latch doesn't stay latched and its not sparkly like the picture shows. The inside compartment is crooked. I am returning this today!!
Gross odor
This is the large size, it feels very flimsy and cheap compared to the smaller size. I noticed the cheap glitter sticker on the knob in the store and it was not secured on properly. Also the sticker is a picture of glitter, nothing luminous like the photo. My issue with this is the ODOR, when you open this the smell is unbearable and smells of spray paint or of just extremely stinky plastic.
With low expectations, I was still disappointed
So I knew it would be a plastic box. I just wanted one because I had one as a kid and I wanted something more structured and easier to clean than a makeup bad. Everyone said their glittery button was just a glitter sticker... I didn't even get that -_- it's just a gold sticker. Total waste. Will be returning it.
