Good product. Leaves skin feeling fresh. Rarely use it as the primary makeup remover, will use it after I have removed with something like Neutrogena or my handheld spinner with a Clarins product. Even then, I still have SOME additional makeup removed which is amazing since I do not wear much!
Wonderful but heavily scented
If this had little to no fragrance it would be 10/10! I wasn't expecting it to both remove makeup and improve skin's appearance. It removes product well, doesn't sting my eyes and is comfy on my dry, flaky, rosacea, sensitive skin.
Great light cleanser and versatile
Didn't know what Micellar water was until I got a sample of this. Loved it and bought a full bottle. Very nice to use at the end of the day as part of the cleansing process. Removes dirt and grime before face wash. Also great to use in between treatments when using the peels or masks. Also has a great addicting scent (I tried other brands, but hated the scents). Now on my third bottle and it is part of the general collection.
Not for me, but I would tell friends to try.
Ok, maybe I like washing my face with foam or gel to really feel clean and refreshing. This product wasn't for me. If you are in a hurry and need something really quick to remove makeup this is for you. The brand Clarins is amazing. I have other products from them I love ❤️
Couldn't Be Better
As I approach my 70's I use less makeup so this product is perfect for a light cleansing. (I've been using Clarins since I turned 30.) Every evening when cleaning my face with the Micellar Water, I am always amazed at how fresh, smooth and "balanced' it feels afterwards. How much dirt shows up on my cotton pad just doesn't seem possible. Love it!
NOT good! Miss the old One Step Cleanser
Terrible. I don't know why Clarins stopped making the old Water Comfort One Step Cleanser. This is NOT a good replacement at all. It may be the first Clarins product that I dislike. The smell is awful, I don't feel like it removes makeup the way the old cleanser did. There's also more of a medicine feel to it, slight tingle. I'm sad I'll have to look for a different brand now. I have sensitive skin and the old one step cleanser was amazing. If it ain't broke don't fix it! This needs to go! Sorry.
NOT Water Comfort One Step Cleanser
I have been buying the Water Comfort One Step Cleanser for many years and am disappointed that it has been discontinued. This product is a very poor replacement-- specifically the scent is not refreshing like the Water Comfort One Step Cleanser, but more medicinal. (I actually thought the product had gone bad when I first opened it!). Please bring back the Water Comfort One Step Cleanser!
Magic Water!
I received a sample of the Cleansing Micellar Water with another purchase. I was completely blown away. I have tried other similar micellar water make-up remover and often found them to be oily. This product clearly looks like water but magically erases make-up. Including waterproof mascara and eyebrow pencil. The fragrance is very delicate with a hint of floral sweetness.
Great for removing eye makeup!
I don't use micellar water on my whole face since I prefer to double cleanse with an oil cleanser followed by a traditional cleanser. The cleansing micellar water is safe for use on the eyes and I've been using a soaked cotton pad to gently remove eye makeup before double cleansing. This micellar water works surprisingly well at removing makeup... it melts off non-waterproof mascara so easily!
It's okay....
This product was okay it reminds me of others that I have used except for the scent. I like scented facial products but this one is a little to strong. I wouldn't purchase unless it's fragrance free or if they modify the amount of fragrance in the current one.

How To Use
Soak a cotton pad with Cleansing Micellar Water and gently wipe over face, eyes and lips morning and evening. No need to rinse. Follow with Toning Lotion if desired.
