CND Super Shiny Top Coat

I hate this top coat

Terrible comparing that all other CND top coats are the best. This one ruined my manicure and even after sitting under machine to dry it didnt dry! Do not recomend anyone buying this.

i love this top coat!! the proof is in using it over a cheap red polish and my nails DO NOT SMEAR on paper!! this and the base coat are my holy grails. i WILL be repurchasing in larger sizes. love!!!!

Yes after year, still the BEST!

Does not yellow. Gives my mani and pedi a high gloss shine, second to none! For many years I used CND Super Shiney Top Coat professionally and still do now for my personal use. It's great for a mid week freshen up for my polish. Highly recommend… you'll be happy you did!

Very pretty shine but don't expect quick dry

I wore through a little more than half of the bottle before it got thick and had to be tossed. I really like the shiny finish it gave my nails! One of the shiniest I've seen.

Pros:

- Is indeed high shine

- Easily workable formula for the first half of the bottle.

- Doesn't cause colored nail polish underneath to shrink since it's not fast drying.

Cons:

- Not fast drying. Takes about as long as any regular nail color to dry down; about 15 mins per coat to be safe. It's less ideal for topping colored polish than for using on its own.

- Will start to become thick and difficult to apply over time. I could have worked harder to finish my bottle, but adding thinner or dealing with the thicker consistency just wasn't worth the hassle.

I've mostly used it alone on bare nails for a shiny, natural look and that's become my favorite way to use it. Applying it over colored nail polish as a sealer coat makes for too much of a process and waiting time. I really do need fast drying for the purposes of top coating nail color. But on its own, this is lovely.

I won't repurchase right away, but I'd consider buying it again eventually.
