I've always taken gummy vitamins but I've always read that the body only absorbs at best 25%. My hair is a little shorter than expected after a recent haircut so I want something a little more effective. This is not the first time I've tried liquid vitamins, but it is the best tasting. I love that its not a thick formula and it is on the sweet side. I noticed that my hair does not shed as much compared to other vitamins, also my nails are stronger.
One piece of advice I got from a dietitian, when it comes to hair vitamins (no matter the form) take half the recommended serving and after 4 hours take the other half so that it is more effective.
