Would not purchase

I just tried the sample I received in the latest catalog. I am having the same issue many others have written about- little balls stuck along my jawline. In all of the responses to other reviews I've not seen any way to get them off! Does this mean you have no solution to the problem? I noticed many of the reviews are years old so this is obviously this is a known problem.

Gentle exfoliation

A very gentle way to exfoliate, I love this product! I use this anywhere I need to get rid of dead skin, feet, elbows, cuticles, neck, face. My skin looks renewed afterwards and my other serums work better.

So totally confusing!

I HAD to read the reviews after trying a sample --- which had no instructions whatsoever. Okay, so it works to get dead, flaky skin off. Absolutely! But if you have peach fuzz, OMG. I rinsed, I washed, I used an oil cleanser, I used a washcloth. I finally used tweezers to pull off all the hard little balls that were stuck to the tiny hairs on my face. Which wound up being pretty irritating. If you don't want to shave your face, avoid!!!

Not for me

I wanted to like this product but it sticks to the fine peach fuzz along my jaw line and it is quite painful to remove all the little white balls. Rinsing alone doesn't work; I have to scrape it off with my nails. Leaves my skin very red. I tried using it on dry skin and wet skin and it doesn't seem to make any difference; sticks too much. I can't use it anymore on my face.

Obsessed with this product!

I have been struggling to find a replacement for Bliss Jelly Glow Peel. I haven't found any kind of exfoliator that makes my skin feel fresh and smooth. This makes my top layer of skin come off smoothly, and I love it. It just balls up, and rinses off. I clean my face with La Roche first, and then exfoliate with this. I'm obsessed. It keeps getting sold out, so I recommend getting it while it's in stock. I only need 1 or 2 pumps to do my face, so it's a good value for the effectiveness. I've tried powders, muds, etc. This makes my face smooth. Get this! Seriously!

Amazing Chemical Exfoliant!!!

I have acne prone, congested skin and I loved the Boscia exfoliating peel before it was discontinued so I was seeking a replacement. I loved DHC oil cleanser so I gave this a try. Cannot recommend more!! Better than the Boscia product. All of the negative reviews are due to people not understanding this type of product. If you have peach fuzz you MUST shave your face. With chemical peels you rub way more than you think you should until no more skin debris pills off of your face, which can take awhile (with my congested skin it can take up to 15 minutes if I dont use it regularly).

Please give this a try if you have dull/acne/congested skin. These products are truly a game changer IF used correctly

My emotions were up and down with this product. At first i was so excited about this hyped up product. I tracked it everyday untik it arrived at nh doorstep!

I cleansed and then used this and was initially disappointed. It balled up so quickly, but I was relieved I didn't get stuck on my peach fuzz. I rinsed and thought I had oribabkyjust wasted my money.

Then, about an hour later I touched ny face and felt dead skin sloth right off my face. I panicked because I knew that meant I hadn't rinsed well and risked over exfoliation. But once I rinsed again, ny skin was BRIGHT AND GLOWING. Lesson learned and I am a believer.

One of the best products DHC offers.

This is one of the best products I have found on DHC. I read the reviews before using, so I made sure to use it only on my forehead, nose, cheeks and chin and avoided the sides of my face. It works great and really helps remove dead skin cells.

Rub vigorously to get rid of dead skin

The description of this product intrigued me so I purchased it after reading several reviews. When I first used it, I agreed with the reviewers about it leaving little pellets on the skin which were hard to remove. But, the next time I tried it, I rubbed vigorously which gave the desired result...removing dead skin. What a difference..very smooth skin & no pellets. So, just changing the application was the trick for me to really like this product & get smoother skin.

Better than products 3x the price.

Love, love love. I was using a product from a major department store that cost more than $60. This works just as well. I have dry skin and need to exfoliate. Also serums work better after getting rid of the dead skin. The dead skin does ball up but it easily comes off with a washcloth or those exfoliating gloves.
