I love this!! I can smell this all in my home. This was so relaxing & I needed this so bad. This will be in my must have routine for pms & periods. I was having cramps, lower back pains & stuff. This helped instantly! You need this girl!!
Relaxing

Calming and comforting
So nice to use this the week before period, during PMS times. The smell is so nice and bathing in really warm water with this really helps soothe the muscles. I like to put a towel behind my head for elevated comfort and watch the steaminess rise from the bubbles. I love that it foams so much! I recommend starting to add right as the water starts filling the tub for maximum bubble life! Turn the lights low, light some candles, and close your eyes for an added calming experience!

This stuff is so amazing. Have cramps? Put this in your bath. It's a bubble bath which is already fun and then it helps relieve and soothe your cramps so well. I can sit in this until the water gets cold. It also smells so good but it's a light smell which I really love.

This is a great way to relax. I pour and soak myself and this helps relieve body aches. This is very relaxing and helps me deal PMS pains that I dont even want to get out of the bath tub. I love that it is made with essential oils and epsom because it smells so so good. At first I thought the smell is too much before I tried it but i was surprised this is amazingly good. It did not dry my skin out which is a bonus and perfect for winter because it nourishes my skin. I would definitely buy this because I needed it.
This is beyond amazing...
This is beyond amazing. Along with soothing cramps and muscles that make a period unbearable the smell is so amazing. It fills my whole bathroom up with it and relaxes my anxiety or stress of a long day. I use this in general to help soothe my back and it helps so much. If your a bath person this is definitely worth a try. If they come out with body wash I would definitely buy that. This has surely become a favorite.
Eases the feel of cramps
This is truly menstrual relief, a little bit of this in the bath helps ease the cramps. The essential oils smell wonderful and help with my headaches during that time of the month also. Just makes this time so relaxing and as an added bonus makes you smell good too.

I suffer from a lot of pain due to a condition and I love this product! I love a lot of their bubble baths and this smells amazing, it truly helps me relax. I pair it with the epsom salt from the collection in order to have a great experience.
Helps with cramps
I like this bubble bath alot. I always go for Dr.Teal products and this bubble bath seemed very interesting. It does not have a bad smell and it did foam up to make quite a bit of bubbles. I usually have really bad cramps during my cycle but after bathing in this they were very subtle for the next few hours. Will buy again.

I love this! First it smells really good.. second, it gets super bubbly.. and third, it actually relieves some of my cramps during my period. When I use it, it makes me feel pretty good and so relaxed.

How To Use
Pour a generous amount of Dr Teal's Menstrual Relief Foaming Bath under warm, running water for a refreshing bubble bath experience.
