Great product!
This stuff is amazing. I wasn't sure at first as my face sort of broke out worse for the first couple of weeks. After my skin got used to the change in product it's looking better than ever! I wish I'd discovered it sooner.
Not as good as it use to be
When I first started using this product it worked and now it doesn't seem to work like it did. Wish this company still had the face scurb and mask product still. Have some of that left and it works much better.
Always though this was just for men, then I started using it
I actually got this for myself. I am a female and I love it. It relieved my acne from my face within 2 days and smells fantastic. It is not to thick or thin and a little goes a long way.
Not a fan of cosmetic products, but.....
Very happy with this face scrub, I have had problem with oily skin on nose and forehead for many years. Tried using my wife's exfoliant face wash and found it to be very irritating. Tried the activated charcoal after being taken aback by the jolt of seeing this black, tarry looking face scrub, I have been pleasantly surprised. It is not irritating at all. Using it for a month along with menthol skin revive face lotion have improved oiliness and texture of my skin and are no longer bothered by oily, itchy, irritated, rashy looking nose and forehead.
The absolute best product
The charcoal face scrub is hands down the best skincare product I've ever used. It works too well in fact that my wife also uses it.
Old Dude / Young Dude
I purchased this for myself and my teenage son. I use it to clean the construction debris off my face after work every day. He uses it to control acne and oily skin. Even at my age I get some acne from dirt, grime and sweat from working. My son gets acne mostly from kissing his girlfriend - at least that's what I tell him! This is an excellent product and a little goes a long way. My skin feels clean and refreshed after using it. Having older, weathered skin I need all the help I can get.
Minty fresh
This was part of my second order from EMJ and I decided to grab some of the face scrub. I chose the menthol scent and oh man is this a treat. As soon as you begin rubbing your face with this beautiful concoction you can feel the minty freshness of a cold morning on top of Mount Everest running through your face. Then after rinse you're left with that beautiful cooling sensation and a minty fresh aroma that has ladies dying to caress your gorgeously clean cheek bones.
CHANGE DEGRADES
Discovered EMJ face scrub & pre-shave, used two tubes of it; it disappeared from the store shelves. Went online, bought EMJ face scrub & pre-shave with altered packaging (original version has SKU 78639-00058, replacement ("NEW LOOK") has 78639-00057). Have tried it and find it MUCH LESS USEFUL. Part of what made the original useful was its very good rinsability; the "new" version has a cream base, rather like skin cream, and is hard to wash off. I probably will not continue to use it.
Face Scrub vs. Face Wash
I ordered both to see if I had a preference. Both are great products and leave my fave feeling clean - but for the same price, the face wash is a little larger. I would recommend it!
