Eyeko Black Magic Vegan Liquid Eyeliner 4-stars Reviews
Blackest Eyeliner but runs out fast
This is the blackest liquid liner I've tried so far. It is very long lasting and easy to use too...but I felt like it ran out more quickly than other eyeliners I've used. For the price, I just felt like it should've lasted longer.
Great all around
I got this in an post bag a year ago. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to use and how smooth it went on. Fair enough price. I have a hard time wanting to dish out 20+ bucks on liquid eyeliners because I fee like there are so many out there that get the job done and are cheaper but this one def stands out to me. No flaking. Not very waterproof though so if you do get watery eyes then it may be risky. Aside from that no complaints.
Seems dried out
I love the tip! It so easy to draw thin, precise lines and wings. It goes on black and stays all day. I didn't see any cracking of flaking off until after the 12hr mark. The only down side is the tip feel pretty dry. I had to put the cap back on and give it a good shake once or twice per eye, even with storing the pen vertically, tip side down. I hope it doesn't dry out too fast. I haven't used it long enough to see any benefit/conditioning of my lashes yet.
Smooth & Smudgeproof
Pros: Comes off easily when washing face, lasts 10+ hours, smooth lines, thin lines (buildable). Cons: Not as dark of ink as I wanted. I had to layer it a couple times to get a really solid, bold line.
Good
So far I give it 4 stars. It seems to last longer than any other felt tip liner, doesn't smear and it goes on pretty smooth. It comes off easily when you want to remove it too. I usually hate felt tip liners, but I wanted to try again because I wanted to make precise cat eyes, and you can't really do that with a pencil. This is definitely the best out of all the felt tips I've tried. I might purchase it in the thicker version in the future.
Really Like but not Love
This black magic Eyeliner is pretty good. I actually like that its a bit drier than the rest because it doesn't bleed out while I'm applying it (this almost always happens when I'm using a liner that deposits too much product, like Stila). It does worry me tho that it might not last very long and I'll have to repurchase it within a month, hopefully not. Anyways, it helps me get a very fine line which I love and a crisp thin flick so that's always a plus in my book. It's obviously not water resistent but it does stay on longer and doesn't easily rub off, fyi my eyes get watery a lot throughout the day due to allergies. In conclusion, I recommend.
Good intense black eyeliner
I really loved this eyeliner at first because it has a rich black formula that is easy to apply however after some of the brush tip bristles got bent (maybe by taking the cap on and off) it became hard to do a precision line with bristles askew.
Great wear but smudges a little
I love it, works great... but doesnt really meet my expectations. I have waterproof Japanese eyeliners that never smudges. Unfortunately this does a bit at the end of the day. I will definitely still buy it again because its still way better than any other liners Ive used so far
Eyeko has a winner!
This is a favorite eyelinerof mine. I have trouble with eyeliner staying on all day. After a long day I found it would smear under my eyes. My eyes tend to water frequently. If you don't have this problem it will probably work great for you.
Great Value vs. Stila Stay All Day
This is a great liner to try if you're looking for an alternative to the Stila Stay All Day liquid liner. The two liners are very similar - even priced the same - but there's a lot more in the eyeko liner so it's a better value for the price. I liked this liner just as much, too.
Repurchased multiple times
This eyeliner is great for beginners if they do not feel comfortable creating a wing with gel or liquid liner.
This eyeliner is great for creating sharp winged eyeliner. It is very dark, won't tug on your eyelids, won't transfer to eyelid, and not runny.
Usually other eyeliners I've used have dried up after a whole month, but this eyeliner has been performing pretty well for the 3 months I have been using it.
One of the Best for Wings
I've been drawing wings for 20+ years, pretty much all of my adulthood. This is hands down one of my all time favorite liners!!! You can draw thin to thick with this liner. The color is a very deep black, and compared to other liners I've used it does not dry out nearly as quickly. Personally I prefer a brush tip, BUT this is the one felt tip I've used that does not crumble. All in all, this is an incredible liner and worth every penny!
Oh So Fine
This fine felt tip pen is easy to use for everyday eyeliner wearers. You can easily build up the line for a thicker look or wing not an issue. The only thing holding me back from a full five star review is the mere fact of it being a tad watery/not dark enough in pigment. Other than that, it is a great felt tip eyeliner for those wanting to try felt tip pens, you can really work this into the lash line without clumping your lashes because the formula is so smooth!
Good eyeliner but not the best
I decided to try out this product because it was on sale during the 21 Days of Beauty event. I typically use Stila's eyeliner, but I decided to try something new. Unfortunately, I don't like the Eyeko product nearly as much. The applicator does not offer as much control that I so enjoy with Stila's. Overall, good product but I would recommend Stila for sure.
Would repurchase but not holy grail.
I definitely love the way the felt tip holds. It's not overly stiff and the point continues to stay sharp which allows me to create thin and defined lines for an extra pop to my looks. And it's a pigmented black ! No weird undertones and doesn't fade.
I would not recommend for people would have watery eyes. My eyes tend to get irritated with contacts some days and today just happened to be one of those days.
Super pigmented!
This is super opaque and easy to use. It also lasts a really long time compared to other eyeliners. However it does bleed pretty easily throughout the day so you need to be careful if you have watery eyes!
Good application, okay staying quality
Application is a dream if you like a brush-style applicator. You can create a really thin line or a dramatic cat eye. The color is intense and it applies evenly. My only complaint is that it isn't super resistant to fading, watering eyes or anything like that will take it off pretty quickly. That being said, I think it does have better staying-power than some others I have tried and it does at least tend to just fade rather than running/smudging and creating raccoon eyes.
Good eyeliner
I like a couple of other liners better (here's looking to you, Lorac), but this liner is pretty decent. I like the brush tip on it, and the liner dries quickly and doesn't smudge or run without moisture or friction. I didn't like that the pen doesn't last very long. Using it once every day weekly, it ran out after 3 weeks, whereas I can usually squeeze out at least a month from other liner pens.
Standard black liner
Really like the fine tipped brush. Not sure how it'd hold up in the long run but it is currently very sharp and makes precise lines after a couple months use! I do not make huge wings every time I use it though, usually a subtle small wing
Awesome eyeliner!
I love all of their eyeliners. They're easy to apply, even for me who sometimes has trouble getting both sides to look even. I work in a gym so I tend to get sweaty, but this stuff stays on and doesn't smear.
