Better W/Than W/O

Notice a huge difference when I don't use this spray primer. My makeup would sweat off. With it/stays in place better than without it. Not to perfection but enough. I've had it for many months.

Like the toner, hate the bottle

The "spray" is not a spray at all. It's like shooting yourself in the face with a waterpik. SERIOUSLY, you could probably floss your teeth with it. I just apply it with my hands.

Beat Free Item I've Ever Gotten

Got this as a free item when I ordered the mask in this brand. The product is amazing! I put it on at night after washing my face and before moisturizer. This stuff is Legit. Only primer that works for me. I don't have to put it on the morning; which eventually I'll try just to see how it is. My makeup stays IN PLACE in the morning no joke. Love it so very much. I come home look flawless which was never before. It moisturizers amazingly and works great before you put on your moisturizer.

If i'm being honest i don't know if this works at all, i enjoy using it though. i have sensitive combo skin and i haven't had any problems with it breaking me out or anything else.

Nice hydration!

I got a whole bottle of this as a freebie when I bought a face mask from Follain, and I don't even care about toners but I like/use this one. It sprays well (maybe they redid the bottle?), it smells nice imo, it feels soothing, and it gives a little boost of hydration that's much appreciated on my dry skin. If I wanted to keep a toner step in my routine, I'd absolutely buy this again, no hesitation. As it is, I'm not positive I will, but I've really enjoyed my experience!

Really Good Toner

I really like this toner. It helps my skin feel less dry. It's reasonably priced and works really well. This is my second bottle.

Product is great but spray needs some work

I love this toner soooo much but wish the spray was a mist instead of a stream. I feel like I end up wasting so much product with how much I have to spray to get full coverage. Otherwise, it has been great!

Great product, terrible spray

I really want to love this, espeically at the price point, but the spray bottle is terrible. I saved a Josh Rosebrook hydration mist bottle to pour this into.

Fix the spray, please

I agree with other reviewers that the direct stream, instead of a fine mist, needs to be fixed. The spray also has a slightly tacky/sticky feel after applying. I received this as a free gift with purchase, so I can't complain too much, but I won't repurchase.

Like the product, but not the spray packaging

I love the spray itself, but the spray packaging doesn't dispense the spray widely on my face. It dispenses it in small concentrated areas so I end up using a lot of product. Perhaps it's a faulty bottle!

hard spray

there's nothing "misty" or refreshing about spraying this toning mist on my face. it comes out in large droplets, unevenly spraying my face with a mix of wet and dry patches which means I have to then rub the mist into my skin to spread it evenly amd wipe from my eyes -- which seems to be counterintuitive. I used up my Evan Healy facial tonic mist, so I poured the Follain mist into the empty bottle and it still came out with heavy droplets. The liquid poured out thicker than I had expected, so it must be the formula. I won't purchase again unless it truly mists.

unusable

I like the price and ingredients of this line. and love the cleanser but this toner is a joke. Like other reviewers have said this jet streams into the face. I've tried to put it on other ways but with no results. had to return. will not buy again unless they can change the product. I'm surprised but the amount of negative comments they haven't done this yet.

Great but not perfect

I love this toner! It is clear that the formula works well for my sensitive, acne-prone combination skin but I agree with the other reviews that state the spray mechanism is...not perfect. I do find it helpful when I push down all the way but it takes a little practice to get the motion down. I do feel like I've wasted some of the toner just trying to get it right but overall, I will purchase again because it really works well using after my cleanser and before my eye cream and night serum!

Careful with these reviews...

I have seen and felt the burns from this product, not at all good for sensitive skin. Also be careful, several of the 5 star reviews are from people who work/ed for the brand...

It isn't just the spray mechanism...

Like other reviews say, the spray comes shooting out like faucet. I thought it might be the mechanism, so put it into an empty bottle that had put out a fine mist of the toner it had in it before. The Follain toner still came shooting out, rather than the mist, so my guess is that it has something to do with the formulation, not just the spray mechanism. Bummer. I am spraying it into my hands to apply, but won't buy it in the future.

please change the mist!!!!!

i am looking at all these reviews on here and one thing is for sure: the spray gun like application is horrible and is the reason i cannot use the toner. i have reactive skin and while i think the ingredients in it are very great for my type of skin, the application is rough and seems to cause a red stinging reaction from me. when i contacted customer service they told me to hold down the sprayer longer to get a more even mist. when i did this, it became less of a mist and more of a heavy spray. so first, shoot yourself in the fact with it before it drenches you completely. a toner is to purify and balance oils, i dont want to have to use my hands to apply. a toning mist should be relaxing and an expereince in and of itself. i like this company, i like their masks, but im really confused and upset how this even made it past the initial testing and why this hasnt been addressed yet to loyal customers. i feel like they have yet to address this.

Summer Mist Year Round

What is more refreshing than the fine mist of a light summer rain. I experienced this with Follain's Toning Mist. I held the spray 12" from my face and slowly pressed it down all the way. It was hydrating and refreshing like a summer rain. I love that it works to quickly absorb my moisturizers and serums. For a quick refresh, use it again midday.

I've repurchased but wish they would fix the nozzle.

Good ingredients safe for sensitive skin. The sprayer shoots you in the face like a squirt gun. I hold it far away from my face and make it work. Please fix!

I emailed the company last year and they said they've heard this before and are working on it...that was a while ago.

This is a great hydrating toner that is perfect not only for in-between cleansing and moisturizing but also great to spray throughout the day for a refreshing mid-day pick-me-up.
