I ordered Toffee to tone my brassy blonde highlights and light brown hair to a more neutral light brown. The description is for light brown hair. It says neutral on the bottle, not leaning cool or warm…It turned my hair ORANGE! Like orange, orange. It honestly doesn't look terrible because of the natural warm tones my hair has already but it was NOT what I was expecting in the slightest....
