Actually works!
I bought this on a whim. Every time I try to use whitening strips they make my teeth patchy with bleaching spots and super sensitive. After 2 uses my husband randomly told me my teeth looked super white - and I never even told him I bought this and was using it! I've been using it twice a day for 5 days and I see a noticeable difference. For the price point and level of effort this is completely worth it. I'll add, it's only been 5 days but I have yet to experience any sensitivity in my gums or teeth.
It's not miraculous but it works
According to my dentist, my teeth are within one or two of the whitest possible natural shades. However, I've been developing a lot more tea stains this past year and was looking for something that wouldn't require me to take on a new habit (remembering to get and use a kit) and wouldn't generate so much waste. I figured having a tube of this would make it easier for my husband to whiten his teeth too (he definitely wasn't interested in going out of his way to use a kit). After a month and a half of use, my stains are much improved and/but my teeth are still within the naturally white range. It hasn't caused any sensitivity for either my husband or myself and has greatly helped reduce my stains (they're still visible on my bottom teeth where I have some enamel damage). I definitely prefer this product over strips and would purchase it again to help prolong my results if I decide to spend more money at the dentist's for a stronger treatment. That being said, I'm still undecided as to whether or not it's a good value for the price on it's own: it definitely works, but it can only do so much.
Does Work: Be Realistic
I've used this day and night for 4 months. Morning and night I first brush my teeth with my regular tooth paste and floss. I then brush my teeth with the gel - 1 minute top and 1 minute bottom. I do not rinse after and I wait 15 minutes before eating or drinking anything in the AM. The process is slow, but this is an OTC product compared to professional strength whitening from the dentist. My teeth look healthy and bright. I will continue to use.

I think it would work faster if I had the blue light toothbrush but I assumed since the box said just brush with it that it'd be okay. My teeth aren't the kind of white in the advertisement, but still major improvement in comparison to past color. But t I think I'd be a bit freaked out if my teeth were perfect in color suddenly lol. I've been using for a few months?? something like that. I've always used whitening washes and pastes and no matter the reviews, they don't do anything for me. I read reviews and did a bit of research. My mom said I was wasting my money, a month later she said my teeth have gotten really white.

Didn't work for me
I wanted to love this product so much, but unfortunately it didn't do anything for me. I don't have horrible teeth, but my teeth could use some light whitening. Unfortunately, I have very sensitive teeth, so I have to be very careful with the oral care products I choose. I have been using this paste for a few weeks now, and while I can say it hasn't bothered my sensitive teeth, it also has done nothing in terms of whitening. The tube does say to use twice a day, but I have only been using it at night for fear of it aggravating my sensitivity, so maybe it's my fault that it's not working properly. I haven't seen any difference whatsoever though, and I would think that I should've by now. The one positive I can say is it makes your teeth feel extra clean! I'll finish the tube but won't be repurchasing.
Results after one use
I brushed once and saw noticable results. It does burn a little but I think if you don't brush your gums too much it'll be okay. I'm in a mask all the time so no one I know sees my teeth but it'll feel good knowing they'll look better than they did and are improving. My teeth weren't horribly yellow but definitely weren't white. I have crooked teeth so whitening pastes don't really do anything but I noticed my most stained tooth is about the same color as the rest of my teeth now. ☺️ I'm very happy with this product.
wasted my money
I bought this because of the good reviews, but I now wonder if most of the reviewers already had fairly white teeth. I used this consistently, daily, through an entire tube and halfway through a second tube before throwing it away (about 2+ months). It did absolutely nothing. I don't have horribly discolored teeth, I have average teeth and decided I wanted pretty little pearls like those I see on people who whiten their teeth. Zero change for me.
Works well for me
So I've been using this for once a day as I read some things like this could cause gum sensitivity or dry lips. I've been using this for almost a week now and don't seem to be having any of those issues. I have super sensitive gums, too! I just decided to up this and use twice a day. My teeth were already some shade of white, but this definitely lifted them to be even more white! I use a lip balm / moisturizer after every use and I use a whitening pen to get near my gumline

I have tried a lot of whitening products from the strips to the bleach trays... I can say that this product is the most hassle free, and more importantly: pain free option out of all of them. (sensitive teeth: have no fear, you are in full control). All you do is put a little bit on top of your tooth brush. If you do it every other day for a week, you will totally see results. Honestly, I see results after 2 brushes, sometimes even just one. Like all whitening, it is gradual. And once you are happy you can take a break and revisit it in a month or 2. that is my favorite part about this stuff, you don't feel guilty if you miss a day of whitening trays. And unlike other products, this is over and done with in the time it takes to brush your teeth. Its awesome! I recommend to all my friends, been using it for years since back when they had purple packaging. It works!!
