I have been using the bloatamin pills for a little over a week now. I take the pill once every morning before breakfast, and over these 10 days I have seen a difference in my bloating. I usually have bloating thoughtout the day after my first meal but I have seen a difference. I can't wait for continue using the product and seeing a progressive change over time. I definitely recommend the product if you have bloating.
Convenient and necessary
I like that you are able to take them either before, during, or after your meals. In the past when taking digestive pills they often say to take them before, and I end up forgetting to do so which leads to inconsistency. Often with digest enzymes, I don't really see a dramatic difference in bloating, but I do believe that they are doing something to aid my digestion, even if I don't necessarily see it. I gave 3 stars because although I didn't necessarily see results that it says (no more food babies, reduce excess water weight), I do think that digestive enzymes are important supplements to take as most of the work is happening on the inside of your body. To be honest I didn't expect to see any visible results, with these products I try stay realistic, but I do feel like I'm taking a step towards becoming healthier.
It was alright
I honestly didn't notice much of a difference in bloating. I tried it for a few weeks and it had a very very mild affect. The positive is that it had no stimulants or additives. And is made with 11 herbs!
