HALLY Color Cloud, Foaming Hair Color 5-stars Reviews
Great temporary product
Dark mode purchase. Thisbis the 3rd time I purchase this product. I love it. easy to use, not messy. Quick cover up for my white hair. Keep in mind that this is semi permanent, it's not going to work as great as the permanent hair dye that you buy in a box. I don't like dying my hair too often so I use this because it's easy and convenient to me.
Very happy
I purchased this hair color because it was cruelty free and free of ammonia and other harsh chemicals. I have avoided hair color for a few years because every time I colored my hair, it left my hair very dry and damaged. I am very pleased with the results of this hair color. I had a few grays and they are all fully covered. My hair feels really good and also moisturized, not dry or damaged at all. The color doesn't stain or transfer when wet, like temporary colors do.
Great alternative
I decided to give this a try, bwas looking for something with more gentle ingredients, safer without ammonia or harsh chemicals. This worked great for me. Covered all the white hair on my front. Easy to use. Easy to rinse off. I purchased the black. I will be buying a second box.
Finally a true PPD-free solution
After 15 years of testing products that claim to be PPD free incl Madison Reed etc, this is the ONLY product I've not had a reaction to that would work for grey and blonde hair.I'm blown away. It's a great product.Disclaimer - only tested red so far.
I will be back to pick up more of this as soon as I run out!
I've been struggling to keep my hair brunette (as it used to be bleached), but this product is exactly what I needed! It's demi-permanent, but the color is perfect and stays for a few weeks. Definitely recommend!
Cola coaster for the first in!
I was looking to get close to my natural color and give my hair a break from bleach - heavy blonde highlights. This was easy to use and gave a fantastic result! It gave me a very cohesive color despite my before having dark brown to bleach blonde strands. It's been weeks now and I very happy with the result! It didn't damage my hair m, if anything my hair looked healthier after.. I'll keep using this ad my hair grows and until I decide what I want to commit to next!
BEST SAFE TEMPORARY DYE
Okay so I have curly hair and I don't like using color on my hair. However, i did bleach my hair with blonde highlights this summer but was missing my brown hair and was looking for a non-harmful, temporary, and safe at home hair dye to try. The instructions were easy, and the results were amazing. it left my hair super soft and a beautiful brown (i used cola coaster). The only thing that i didn't like was the smell of the product but once you hop in the shower after waiting 30 minutes it goes away.
Great coverage on my mostly white hair!
I stopped going to a stylist/colorist over the pandemic, and let my (mostly silvery white) hair grow out. My natural silver is a beautiful color, but it is also VERY aging. I didn't want to go back to permanent dye, and I'd always wanted to have fun-colored hair. After some digging, I discovered Hally. Despite never having dyed my own hair before, I've been coloring my hair "Purple Avalanche" ever since!
I get fantastic coverage on my (normally) color-resistant, mostly salt/some pepper hair, and receive compliments EVERY time I leave the house - even when I'm otherwise having a bad hair day! I only touch it up when my roots bother me; perhaps thanks to my silver hair, every shade, as it gradually fades, still looks great (ymmv).
I hope they never stop selling Purple Avalanche - I'd be lost!!!
fun way to dye your hair!
i love how it was a foam, my best friend and i did it together and we had the best time just sitting in the restroom trying our best at getting it evenly applied. i have thick hair, and it's past my shoulders but one bottle was enough to cover my hair. i have dark brown hair, and i used the purple dye without any lightening. it came out more red but since my hair was already dark, i wasn't surprised and it wasn't the products fault. this stayed on for MONTHS, which is great if you're looking for a long lasting color. but like i said, it was just my dark brown hair with a red tint to it, so it wasn't crazy. i would recommend doing this with a friend!
Foam hair color is my new favorite
I absolutely LOVE the foam hair dye. It was the easiest way I've ever dyed my hair. It covered wonderfully all the way down to the roots without issues. I bought black and it's a gorgeous deep shiny black. I'll never use another hair dye after using this.
New Favorite!
As easy to use as described. Great coverage on my heavily graying brown/auburn hair. I usually need to process longer than instructions call for, but with this one I could go less than the max next time. Hair seems happy and healthy one week after coloring.
Really impressed
I've used this twice now — first a few months ago and the color really stayed. I added another box today and my hair looks blonder than ever! (At this point my hair is light brown but I grew up with blonde hair). Last summer I put too much hydrogen peroxide in my hair so I can't get normal hair dye (eg bleach) so I'm super glad I found this!
Literally the best DIY color EVER
This is SO easy to use, affordable, and was EXACTLY what I have been searching for! I have dirty blonde/dishwater blonde hair. I usually rely on Sun In or similar DIY concoctions in an attempt to lighten and brighten without going to a salon. However, now I am HOOKED on Hally. this was just enough to lift my blonde to the next level! It looks sunkissed and toned. It used to take me a whole summer of the sun to get to this level! AND it is toned and not brassy. I am an addict and will be using this forever. It is gentle and strong enough to lighten your hair considerably if left on properly!
Covered my grays!
I got this to try cause my hair lady is on maternity leave. I used it about 3 weeks ago & honestly I think the color has lasted better than the salon! I got the cola color which is pretty close to my natural color. I do wish it was a hair darker or there were more shades tho.
Code Red For Medium/Dark Brown
First off, I was so surprised this even worked on my medium/dark brown hair! I decided to try this out because I wasn't sure I wanted to commit to using L'oréal red for brown hair or whatever it's called because I didn't want a permanent dye on my hair before seeing if I would even like it. I didn't buy this expecting any kind of results, but it honestly blew me away! Yes, all of my hair isn't red, but the fact is that the majority of it is. It's more like red highlights and honestly it looks super awesome. I have hair that does lighten super fast, so maybe that's why it worked so well even though I have dark hair. The color is super pretty, and was so fun to apply! Honestly, I might just keep using this over and over again until I get tired of the red and just let it wash out :)
Highly recommend this!!
Pleasantly surprised,,,,,
This stuff looks exactly like foaming hand soap, so I really had no idea how it was possibly going to work, but after having it on my hair for thirty seconds, it had already begun turning the desired color. It was an interesting hair dye experience!! The color came out super nicely too!! You should definitely try it at least once!!
For medium blonde it worked fantastic
My hair was a medium blonde (bleached). The hard water really turned it brassy on a impossible way. I took the cola brown and it turned in a very sophisticated muted/rosy brown. I really liked it, and it may not work for people with darker hair (bellow 5) or lighter (above 7) since it a Demi permanent and it will be subtle or give unexpected reflexes.
The foam though is the best thing. Really no mess and A LOT. Generally I always need two boxes for my medium, thick hair, but one was more than enough. I'm glad I found this brand. The only con is that leave a bit of chemistry smell in your hair, but the formula claims to be clean of bad stuff.
Anyway I toned my hair with it and didn't washed yet. Let's see how it will turn over the washes.
I would buy this product again and again
45 year old with very dark hair, trying to fend off grays. I typically go to salon every 8 weeks-$200 a pop. Due to time constraints, had to push appt back. Purchased this & is so easy & color is perfect. Going to save some serious $ by spacing out appts
Yes! This is legit!
Stop reading the reviews and just click "add to cart" then "checkout"! You will not be disappointed! I hadn't colored my hair since May 2021. I was trying to grow out my natural color (which I decided was gross). It was taking forever and there was such a dramatic difference in the bleached out, dry, split, dead ends. I wanted to make it more subtle and didn't want to use another permanent color that would continue to damage my hair. Then I found Hally! Thank You Jesus! I used the cola color and it made a huge difference! Not only was the color exactly what I wanted, but my hair felt & looked healthier. IN ONE TREATMENT! I am forever in love! Can't wait for more colors. I also purchased rose gold but decided to wait til my summer bleach blonde works it's magic on my hair before I use it! Can't wait! Stay Tuned…
Love it!!
I looove it! My hair looks and feels amazing! I love how there is no amonia! The customer service was amazing! What a great profuct and I can touch up by purchasing more! I will be a longtime customer!
