terrible product
when I opened this the ball was stuck as if it had been glued in, I ran it under hot water and tried to run it over my hands loosen it the ball unlodged and fell out dumping it all over me, my brand new sorry and counter even after washing my shirt twice There's a sticky residue that won't come off destroying a shirt I had owened for 10 minutes
