Hair Tangles in the Handle

I will be messaging the manufacturers to ask for reimbursement. On my second use, my hair got wrapped into the silver connecting piece between the brush and handle and would not come loose. Had to yank it out. Will definitely not be using it again.

Great for long hair!

I have been growing my grey/white hair again to donate to Locks of Love. It's quite long and I needed a good brush for quick and efficient blow drying. This brush does all that as well as leaving my hair soft feeling. Little to no breakage, too.

Pulled out my hair

This round brush was not what I expected. I'm so disappointed for the full piece I paid. Between the handle and the top brush, my hair gets stuck. I tried to fix the problem but thing worked. I ended up throwing it away. Waste of money because I didn't want to pull my hair out!!

I wanted to love it.

If you have fine hair, steer clear of this brush. My hair is constantly catching in the space between where the handle meets the brush. I also don't feel like the bristles themselves catch the hair enough to smooth things out. Will be returning.

Perfect Brush

I bought a different round brush and the bristles were stiff and got tangled up in my hair. This one is flexible and comfortable, allowing me to dry my hair without the yanking and pain. I am so glad I discovered this little gem.

It turns out that any thing titanium isn't good for my hair!

I previously reviewed this brush because I really liked it at first. But after using it a while I noticed it was damaging my hair. And I discovered that titanium doesn't go good with my fine hair. Titanium hair tools and evidently brushes. I just wanted to make buyers aware that this brush may not be right for you if you have fine and/or dry hair. Titanium does work well for those who have thick, course hair that is hard to blow out or iron straight. I have since bought the Hot Tools rainbow ionic mixed bristle "3 brush and it's the perfect alternative to this one.

Best round brush for fine hair!

I bought this brush after returning one I did not like, and I'm so glad I found this one! My hair stylist told me I needed a mixed bristle brush for my fine hair and that's why the other brushes were not working for me. I saw this one by Hot Tools while in the store getting a Hot Tools dryer and hoped it would be the one. It is! I use this to dry my fine wavy medium length hair and it works fantastically. My hair ends up soft, smooth, and voluminous every time I dry it. I recommend for fine wavy hair.

Effective, weird smell at first

I recently got my hair cut short so I actually need to style it. Used to just use my hands but blow dryer is hot! Got a brush to help curl my hair inward at the ends while blow drying. Tried a few in store, this one has like medium pull as far as how well it holds the hair you brushed for you to blow dry through. Others had light hold (hair seemed to slip right through), and some more expensive ones has stronger hold (hair did NOT easily slip through when brushing-better for styling IMO but not normal brushing.). I felt this brush was a good in between; held onto hair long enough for me to brush, but not too much that it was hard to just brush my hair. Since I'm sure people try brushes in store, I washed mine with some soap and it gave off this weird smell. It has dissipated after the first day, don't smell it anymore, but just weird at first that a brush would have that strong a smell. For reference, I have thick mostly straight hair with some wavy sections.

Awesome Brush!!!!!

This brush was so gentle on my hair and so easy to do my blowout! The only thing I'm concerned about is the heat from my blow dryer has slightly damaged the bristles after one use. I'm definitely going to purchase more of this brush as backup! So lightweight and doesn't damage my hair!!!! Love it and love the fuschia and black colors!

Finally, a brush that works!

I've been looking to replace an old Conair brush that I've had for years. Brushes are typically either too hard or won't stay where I want when I'm trying to style /dry my hair. This brush has combination bristles and the little red dots on the end of the bristles that help it stay where you want. Makes it easier to style hair than the ones with all natural bristles, and it doesn't hurt like some of the plastic ones.
