Don't waste your money on this
I bought this hairdryer in May 2022. The on off button stopped working by March 2023 so i took it back to the store and replaced it with the same one thinking it was a random instance. Here we are December 2023 amd the dryer stopped working. Both times it lasted less than 1 year. Im very sad because i love the weight and how it drys but Im super disappointed that it wont even last 1 year. No more Hot Tools products for me.
Does Not Last
Had this dryer less than 6 months. The power button got stuck and will not turn back on. Will not be purchasing again :(
I wouldn't buy again
Bought this hairdryer and loved it at first. The switches were awkward at first as they are on the opposite side of what I'm used to. I like that it dried my hair quickly and smooth. But then it grabbed a bit of my hair and slowed way down. Traded it in for another of the same model but it did the same after about a week. :(
Going to work with wet hair
Not as good as I thought it would be for the cost. Very loud and now the power button stuck and it won't turn on leaving my hair unfinished and damp for my work day.
Love it
Very nice and it isn't loud at all and light weight and the cord is very long I love it and would recommend buying it
Great dryer
We were looking for a hair dryer that had an easy on/off switch, good drying power and not a really loud sound. This is perfect , not the cheapest dryer nor the most expensive but does a great job.very happy& recommend.
I would not buy this again. I would like to return it.
The dryer dries hair really fast but there are a couple things that are annoying. The plug has a ground fault button when I pushed trying to plug it in the outlet and so the dryer doesnt turn on. Also, I would put the controls on the opposite side, Not handy. The diffuser is worthless.
Not 100% in Love
It's nice that this dryer comes with the accessories, but it doesn't seem very powerful. It takes longer to dry my long thick hair. You can do the power boost, but it strains my finger to keep it on the boost button that is not a toggle. Plus is that good for it? will it burn out quicker? I don't understand the ION setting. Which way does it go to be a benefit? I can't figure it out. Honestly I will probably return this for a different dryer. Sad since I really love Hot Tools.
Dryer is one in a million.
Dryer works well with the proper brushes and of course use hair styling creams prior to drying. I use daily and unfortunately it takes a beating so in a years time I need to replace.
Terribly drying
I have blue hair. This was a big no. I used few times and it completely dried my hair to where i almost needed to get a salon treatment. Instead i started using the Olaplex hair mask and went back to my Dyson air wrap. While the dyson doesn't give volume at least it won't damage my hair further. Returned this immediately.
