i bought it two years ago when i first started doing my hair and discovering makeup in the 7th grade and i didn't know how to use a curling iron with a clamp to i opted to a wand. It was easy to use as a beginner and soon could do my full head in under 15 mins mind you i have pin straight and think hair and the curls last me up to wash day
Broke after about 10 months of use
Got this curler with big hopes but it disappointed!! Curled didnt hold well and then it started just turning off randomly. Now it will only work for about 2 mins and shut off, quite disappointed.
Would Not Turn On
I ordered mine online and went to plug it in and use it and the whole wand won't turn on. I tried multiple outlets so it's the wand itself. I'm so disappointed because this was expensive and had good reviews, but won't work.
Burned hair.
Started out working well but after a couple of months it started to burn my hair to the touch. Will never buy this brand again.
Burned my hair off 😩
This curling iron was amazing at first then about a month and half in I went on a trip and the first strand i started with completely burned off and I didnt have it on there long. I thought, meh, maybe something in my bag got on the barrel, no, a week later it did it again after i was almost done with my hole head. And I had used it over and over before this instance. Which this time was in the front so its very noticeable. IM DONE WITH IT! HORRIBLE PRODUCT! It needs to be recalled before someone sues. And if tthis is a product that stylists use? Whats the client going to say when the stylist burns het hair off?
Burns hair
Beware! I bought this wand 3 months ago and LOVED IT at first. It randomly started to singe my hair regardless of the setting. I've burnt my hair off twice. I used another wand to make sure it wasn't because I left too much product on my hair. It is defective! I would not purchase this wand. Look elsewhere!
Burned off my hair
I'm not sure if my wand is defective, but I have it on the lowest setting (350 degrees) and it burned off my hair three times. My other wand I can use up to 425 and it doesn't burn off my hair. I use heat protectant spray but for some reason this wand singes off my hair repeatedly. Wouldn't recommend.

Like how you can adjust the heat to your hair type. What's up fast, the curls are full & not tight at all!
Great heat control, but curls don't last
I was so excited for this product but ultimately I'm not impressed. My hair is healthy and typically takes very well to styling. With my past curling iron (cheap tourmaline one from target) my curls would easily last 3-4 days. With this curling iron, they don't even hold up for a few hours. I even tried using firm hold hairspray before and after curling, and the curls were limp and lifeless. I live in Phoenix, so humidity and weather are never a factor for me. I wish I had purchased a different iron.
I can finally style my hair on my own!
Before this styling wand, I could never style my own hair. My hair would never hold a curl and my old curling iron left creases in my hair. This wand leaves beautiful, natural curls. I have a lot of hair and it only took my about 15-20 minutes to curl. The curls lasted all day!
