Amazing
So I'm almost out of my first bottle and let me tell you. This serum is promising and lives up to its name, my skin has become one color if that makes sense. No more redness, pores are less visible, and the natural glow it gives. I've been getting skin compliments. I promise you that my butt got up and got me another bottle.
I love it! And so
I love it! And so does my 11 yr old daughter. Makes my skin so smooth and soft. Dries light, isn't sticky and you don't have to use much. So far, I am absolutely loving the serum, the Manuka honey face wash and the eye cream. Alicia knows what's up!
Serum is decent
I've only tried one other brand of serum and compared to that one, I would say I like soulcare serum slightly less. It's just not as smooth and it foams up on my face if I put even slightly too much. There is also no scent but would be nice if it had a slight scent. The bottle is pretty small for the amount of serum you get.
This serum one of seven
This serum one of seven products I purchased. I've struggled with acne and the spots it leaves since my teenage years, and I have to admit, the products have been amazing! I literally feel like I'm going through a spa experience every morning and evening with my facial routine. My face has never looked more clear, bright and healthy with any other products. Highly recommend!

I am completely in love with everything about it. The price, the texture, and the smell. Everything about this product is perfection. Not to mention all of the affir.ations and the whole concept behind the product. A little something to make you laugh
Love this serum!! Depending on the season I can have dry with peeling skin as if I am shedding my old for new LOL or very oily . I put a few drops and used my obsidian roller , it's so lightweight and it works !!! I immediately could see how hydrated my face looked / felt . P.S. it only works if you wash face first with Golden Cleanser😉😉
Does the job, not a
Does the job, not a fan of smell, however can tolerate. I'm not a fan of fragrances in facial products and this product doesn't appear to have. Glides on like water and no sticky itchy feeling when applied. Very satisfied!
Promising indeed!
This is my new niacinamide go to! I'm very pleased with the results after using this serum for a while. At first it made my skin purge but I kept with it and now my face looks plump, clean and healthy!
I ordered a few products
I ordered a few products and they are all amazing. The ingredients and fragrances bring me to the next level. The wooden stick really surprised me and I am in awe of its fragrance and the atmosphere it creates. And I absolutely love the packaging and quotes, they are so powerful! A journey worth to begin
As a stay-at-home mom who also breastfeed on demand, one of my concerns is to have baggy tired eyes and dehydrated skin. Since the first time I applied the Radiant Eye Cream and the Promise Serum, It felt so gentle on my skin, it was like if someone was giving me a massage. But what truly made me fall in love with Keys Soul Care cosmetic products, is not just how well it feels on my body, but how powerful it felt on my soul. New favorite 😍
Absolutely love this serum! It is the perfect combination of everything. It doesn't make my face oily. Instead it hydrates it and gives a glow that don't naturally have. I can't get enough of it. Out of all the offerings this serum may be my new favorite. Probably the best serum I've ever used. Alicia wasn't playing no games when she made this 🙌🏼

This serum is great and you only need a little. Less is more. It sinks right in and if you use too much it can leave your skin sticky. I use all of the keys products and this is a great addition to the line. I think everyone should try this line, I am glad it is affordable for everyone.

This serum is amazing! It feels soft on the skin and makes me complexion look much smoother. It's super hydrating and it's very gentle on my skin. The product pairs beautifully with the other products in my routine (including some other Keys Soulcare products). Definitely my new go-to!

Have you tried soul care yet? This amazing promise serum is packed with Niacinamide, Zinc pca and antioxidants to help nourish and heal skin from within. It also makes my pores look smaller and less noticeable. This serum itself is super lightweight and absorbed completely into my skin. I like to use my jade roller and really work it into my skin. It's left super hydrated, glowing and bouncy. It only take just a few drops of this powerful serum to do your entire face and neck area. It never leaves any residue or stickiness of any kind. It also has a very lovely clean scent which I love. My dry skin is now glowing and hydrated. I love this line so much and can't wait to own the entire collection. I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone.

Absolutely thrilled with this serum. First the packaging is just beautiful. The dark purple glass and the minimalist lettering. It really truly is stunning. Alicia keys has made herself known in the industry for going sans makeup and now I get why. Her skin is flawless and she feels good in her skin and she must know what's she's doing because this formulation is just really good. It's not too heavy but it is extra hydrating. I like to use on my forehead cheeks and chin. And it covers the area without enough to go down my neck a bit. It's not sticky feeling and absorbs very quickly. I like to keep mine in the fridge so it extra cold. This feels like a luxury brand to me after having been able to try it for two weeks. I like that there's very little fragrance and my skin has thirsted for the hydration and smoothness this serum has provided. I would definitely buy again and recommend to friends. I kind of wish it came in a pump but it's fine.
I ended up really loving
I ended up really loving this serum! A part of that may be due to the fact that I have uneven skin, so it's more oily in some spots and dry in others. As a result, I'm one of those who this serum was made for. I definitely saw a difference in my skin's health balancing out thanks to this serum. At the very least, it helped with the parts of my face that were more oily. I also love that it is a fragrance free serum. Another thing that I love about this serum is how long it lasts. Shelf life is 24 months after opening if you keep it stored in a dark and cool place. Not all serums on the market are that way, especially if they have ingredients with a short shelf life. I said on my review of the eye cream that all the products from Keys Soulcare have affirmations printed in them. Alicia Keys, the brand creator believes self care is very important. It leads to self love after all. You can repeat the phrase while applying the product as a way to calm yourself. The mantra on the Promise Serum reads, 'I embrace all possibilities.' Another thing the company touts is that it is 1600+ ingredient free in accordance to European Union regulations. I prefer companies that do this as the restrictions are even greater than here in the US. I do try to warn of potential allergen triggering ingredients in my reviews, and this one features Snow Mushroom.

I am very fortunate to have received a pre-launch of KEYS promise serum. A really, really good face serum, this serum it's like tequila shot for my face. Potent, effective and fast acting. The thin consistency of the serum allows it to penetrate the skin giving my skin noticeable results very fast! KEYS Soulcare promise serum has a lightweight, silky texture that instantly soaks into my skin. I also love the fact that it has no fragrance. I have dark marks and scars due to aging and Acne from when I was a teenager. I feel that the serum had brightened my skin. This powerful face serum has transformed my skin I have used the serum for about a week and I have seen the difference on my dark spot I use it day and night along with KEYS eye cream. My skin feels insane soft. This is going to be my new to-go face serum.
I have been using the
I have been using the Keys Soulcare Promise serum and its fantastic. This has no scent to me and functions well. I saw the most improvement when it comes to my skin's moisture levels. At first drops, my skin tolorated well and felt very hydrated. I love that this has so many calming elements to the formula. There is glycerin and niacinamide which will help to bind moisture and introduces nutrient-rich proteins. I could see the vast majority of people who want something that's not complicated or too many steps, would love Keys Soulcare products. They are formulated by the derm and Alicia keys, I mean how cool is that. I could even say, 'No one, No one, no one will get in the way of what I'm feeling, for you', my promise serum. I saw that I could even layer this with another serum for added anti-agining and seal with my moisturizer on top. Before I go out, I am definitely going to wear sunscreen, since I'm in California and we basically have one season and 1 week of rain. With the niacinamide, I do feel like I would see my optimal results in about 3-4 months of mornings and nighttime use. Its one of those ingredients that I love to see in skincare but most people do expect an instant result, when i believe its more of a longer-term benefit. My pores reacted well and I did not experience any purging or acne lesions appear, which is a huge plus. I did have Moxi laser this last week. After I completed the necessary aftercare, I went right back into my Keys Soulcare and my results improved even more. I am getting compliments by my peers in the medspa setting and love every minute of it!

I must start by saying I was so excited to try Alicia Keys new skincare line because her message of 'Soulcare' is what we all really need now. Now is the time to take care of ourselves and treat our minds and bodies respectfully. That being said, after my daily cleansing I applied the Promise Serum and found it to have a nice light non-oily consistency that absorbs in my skin quickly. There was no tacky residue, it just simply applied evenly and instantly made my skin feel smooth. Having a quality serum in my routine is essential because the added layer of moisture really makes a difference when battling my dry skin issues! I pair this serum with my favorite moisturizer or night cream because I use this both day and night. I love the packaging because it stands out on my vanity and looks sleek and lux with the dark purple glass bottle displaying a message that is simple but powerful 'Embrace all possibilities' it's a great way to begin or end the day!

This is my first time trying products from Keys Soulcare. As a Makeup Artist, I take good care of my skin to recover from my daily makeup routine. I've tried MANY skincare products along the way that vary in price point, and key benefits. Upon receiving the Promise Serum, I immediately started using this after my cleaner and before my moisturizer. It is unscented, and glides on effortlessly. It feels lightweight, and skin will immediately feel 'cushiony' upon touch. Even though I take great care of my skin, I noticed a difference in texture and clarity after using Promise Serum for over a week. The Niacinamide makes a big difference in skin texture, and the Snow Mushroom was impactful in balancing my skin's moisture levels. I have noticed a healthy glow, and my 'mascne' has declined rapidly! I would recommend this product for any skin type, but make sure to lock it in with moisturizer after letting this product absorb.
