Broke me out BAD
I loved this mask when I first got them and wore them everywhere I went. Then I noticed throughout this entire quarantine my skin all of sudden started to break out really bad. I didn't realize until after 2 months of wearing them that the mask were the reason. I read another review of someone complaining about them on social media and she explained how badly her skin had gotten. Don't get me wrong the masks are very cute on but to wear out and for a few hours it becomes very itchy and the smell is bad. I wish it worked out for me but unfortunately it does not. Working to get my skin back clear through all this

it's comfy & cute yes, but it sadly will not protect the people around you. the reason they're easier to breathe in than other masks is because you can blow out a candle with it on therefore, not protective from covid. you could always wear a second mask that is actually protective underneath & this on top but personally i'd rather just wear one mask that protects the people around me. i was really excited for these so i'm sorry to say that this was a hugeeee no for me, solely because there's no reason to wear a mask if it doesn't do it's job.
They're cute but they're useless as is.
For the best protection you should not be able to blow out a candle when properly wearing your mask. I purchased these masks because I thought I read that they ran small, they don't--I have to twist the ear pieces to get it to stay up, which creates a gap that defeats the purpose--since it's really hard for me to find cute masks that fit. I received the masks, cute fabric, but way too thin. I can easily blow out a candle with very little effort. These need to be made of thicker fabric or have one more layer in order to serve their purpose. I will probably cut them open so I can slip a filter between the layers, but that sort of defeats the purpose of having a reusable mask... Don't buy these if you're actually concerned with not catching or spreading SARS-COV-2 (aka COVID-19).
