Kitsch Leopard 100% Cotton Face Mask Set 2-stars Reviews

Not breathable...

I bought a pack of these last week and ordered more (which I will likely now return) as these are not breathable like I expected them to be being 100% cotton... They become almost damp from breathing in them for a couple hours and my face is very hot. I have other masks from Old Navy that are much more breathable and comfortable than these. These were recommended to me by a lot of people and it's sad that it did not work out for me. I know a lot of people really enjoy them so seems to depend on the person?

HOT AND ITCHY

Bought these masks when they were on sale, so I purchased 3 different color sets. I was so excited for them, but they don't work for me. I washed the masks before I used them as well. Sadly, they are SO hot! I put a mask on and will be walking and my face is sweating. Also, the other reviews said they are soft - in my experience they are not soft at all, and they actually gave me a rash on my nose. I would NOT recommend. I also noticed that between the 3 different packs I got, all the masks fit different. Some masks have less material and are smaller and tighter on my face, while others are large and baggy. There are better options out there. Gave 2 stars because the cute patters.

They are alright if you wear them for a little bit

Honestly I wanted to invest in some cute mask that would be reusable instead of the single use ones. However these were not the quality I was expecting, since the first time I washed them the lost they cute "shape" they had and just became like a piece of cloth in my face, even the colors fade away. They are really think so it is not that comfortable to breathe in them so I really don't get all the comments that say that this is the best mask to breathe in. Also, I like to wear makeup even if I'm wearing a mask lol, so I was wearing a gloss the other day with this mask and lots of little strings from the fabric were getting stuck in my lip gloss and it was really annoying and this doesn't happen to me with other masks. I definitely wouldn't buy these again.

Would not repurchase.

I bought the masks because they're really cute and I had a coupon to use. But after washing, it lost its softness. It's much rougher now and I haven't even used it once.

Also, you can only purchase one size. But inside, it actually contains different sizes. One of the masks is half the size of the other 2. So I don't really understand. It's very small for an adult face. I just think that it should state on the description that it contains different sizes inside. Or at least make it adjustable. Out of the three masks, only 1 is perfect for adult faces.

What's even more frustrating is that I bought two of these. And the colors and sizes are not consistent between the two packs. For example, the solid pink mask is a different size in each pack. Frustrating.

Too small

It doesn't cover much, and actually looks like it's made for a child. I washed both sets I ordered in cold water and tried to stretch them before I hung them up to dry, and no luck. I can't wear them, so I'll have to see if someone else can use them. I have two stars for the design and the softness, but because I can't even wear them that's all I can give.

Hard Pass

I bought 3 packs, but my fault for believing FB reviews. I washed these and dried them because, well, duh, who wants to breathe in chemicals from a factory? They shrunk to the point that they fit my 10 year old. That said, I don't have a terribly large face, so I still wore one last night at the store. After about 10 minutes I felt like I was breathing inside of a plastic cup. There was sweat beaded up on my chin and upper lip to the point that I was wondering if it was just me. Then my daughter, who was also wearing one, said, "Mommy, can we please leave, I can't breathe in this, it's making me dizzy." I had thought it was just me, but nope, she had the same effects. I felt like I was going to have a panic attack.

I have a ton of different brand masks, from cotton to a weird polyester material, and these are not as soft as they claim, nor are they breathable. I feel pretty duped. They need to go back to the boardroom and redesign these. There is no way someone could wear this all day in a work setting. I am a teacher and when we go back, I will definitely not be wearing them. 2 stars because they're better than nothing (I *think*) and I get the whole mask thing is nobody's expertise yet.

Cute but all different sizes!

These are so cute. However they are all different sizes. The leopard one is the smallest out of all of them. It still fits without tugging at my ears and covers my nose and mouth but looks small on my face. The solid pink is the biggest and most comfortable. Wish they were all the same size so I can get a good feel of what size I should expect on future orders. That being said, I don't be ordering more. Too much of a sizing guessing game. I haven't washed them yet but I do except from shrinkage which will make the leopard one unusable.

Significant shrinkage, runs small

I purchased two sets of these masks, one in this design pack and the other pack that has another animal print. Be aware that these do run small size wise, I would desthem as being comparable to a teen sized mask. For me it was perfect because I evidently have a small head /face for an adult. Lol. The black one is a softer fabric, the two prints are a bit thicker and stiffer. My biggest gripe is the shrinkage. The black and darker print shrank a bit, but the lighter animal print shrunk significantly. I'd say it shrunk by 1/2-3/4 inch! It is now unusable by me. Will be giving it to a friend for her kid. The other two were still usable by me. Overall these do feel comfortable to me. I would suggest that if you do get them hand wash and hang dry. I put them in the gentle cycle with super cold water and still had the shrinking issue.
